Located in the beautifully-kept, quiet and gated community of Tuscan Hills it has privacy while still being close to Disney and other major attractions.
Outside, the property has its own oversized pool, with a shady lanai and comfortable seating.
This area is fully screened and looks out onto manicured lawns and tropical planting.
The accommodation boasts a well-appointed Master suite with king size bed and en-suite bathroom and a safety deposit box in the master closet.
There is a further queen-sized double bedroom, a colourful twin bedroom, and a second bathroom.
All the bedrooms have tvs with TV's have built in Roku and a DVD player.
The living area has relaxing sofas around a 55 inch HD TV with cable and built in Roku.
There is also a Blue-Ray player with DVDs, and a Playstation 3 with games.
The kitchen and dining areas are fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay.
The villa has free super fast wi-fi access, throughout.
There is also a gamesroom.
At the front of the property is private parking for two vehicles.
Close by is the outside children’s play area as well as tennis court and volleyball court.
Supermarkets (Publix and Super Walmart), pharmacies (Walgreens), restaurants, bars, diners, petrol station and banking are all a few minutes’ drive from the villa.
Walt Disney World is 10 minutes’ drive away, Universal Studios and the new Legoland are a 20 minutes drive, while Islands of Adventure, and Seaworld are no more than 30 minutes’ drive away.
There are many golf courses nearby including Champions Gate and Southern Dunes.
Tuscan Hills is on the US 27 with easy access to the Interstate 4, leading to central Orlando and main airports.
The Florida Turnpike is also easy to get to should you be visiting Fort Lauderdale, Miami or the Florida Keys.

We have not long returned from a 3 week stay at Toni's Villa and could easily have stayed for good!
We had waited almost 2 years for this holiday due to Covid and it was certainly worth the wait. The villa is like a home from home & was everything we could have wished for. Location wise it is excellent and within a secure gated community with easy access to supermarkets, shops, restaurants and the all important disney/universal parks.
The villa was well stocked with all the household utensils you will need along with numerous towels etc.
Great sized pool which gets the sun for the majority of the day and plenty of loungers to chill out on. And for those who like to relax & unwind, there is perhaps the most spacious and comfortable sofa I have ever sat on.
Samantha was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the villa is a credit to her and her family.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone and we will most definitely be looking to book our next visit as soon as possible.

We are back from a 3 week stay at Toni's villas and am pleased to say it did not disappoint
Sam was very responsive to texts to answer any queries we had before and during the holiday
The Beach towels throws and pool heating were a welcome addition and choice of welcome packs was a great bonus to get the holiday off to a good start
once home the damage deposit I was required to leave was paid back swiftly within 48 hours
the pool area is well equipped and so is the kitchen we cannot recommend this villa enough and in our opinion it offers exceptional value for money and a fantastic base for your holiday the villa has a real home from home feel.

Stayed here in Feb 2022 for 18 days. Obviously, we were very hesitant it being our 1st trip to the US post Covid19 not knowing what to expect but we neednt have worried. Everyone had a great time. Tuscan Hills is a lovely quiet gated community with easy access to all the theme parks, shops and restaurants. The villa is clean, comfy and spacious but much more importantly Sam is a thoughtful and helpful owner which makes a huge difference. We were the first UK holiday guests to have used the villa for a long time due to Covid19 travel restrictions, and Sam was highly responsive and happy to quickly sort out initial minor hiccups. She has also appointed a new agent (Kevin) who provided a helpful local contact. We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

"Stayed here for two weeks in July and was not disappointed. Lovely quiet gated community with easy access to all the theme parks, shops and restaurants. Clean, comfy and spacious villa with nice touches to make the holiday run smoothly. Added bonus of a lovely pool and sun loungers plus pool table in the garage. Would not hesitate to return."

"My husband & his colleague recently rented Tonis Villa while on a work trip to Orlando/Davenport. Although he has stayed in other vacation homes on previous trips to Florida, this one has left a wonderful impression on him. He said that from the moment they walked into the house, they knew they would enjoy their time there. Everything was of the highest quality & the area was perfect. Its in a lovely gated community & within easy access of all the main motorways. The house itself had 3 wonderful bedrooms, each had a tv, lots of storage space & were very generous in size. All the linen, towels & accessories needed were also plentiful. The house was immaculately clean & there was clearly no scrimping when it can to the furnishings. He actually said the sofa was the most comfortable one hes ever sat on! The internet speed was exceptional (above 350 mbps) & there was so many television channels available, meaning he could watch the football as well. There was even a games room "

"We have had a wonderful time and will be recommending Toni's Villa to all our family and friends who like us, regularly visit Orlando. Your home is just gorgeous and it has made this trip even more special for us . We have quite alot of bottled water left that I will leave in the fridge for you rather than putting it in the bin. I hope you have a great holiday. Weather has been fantastic the full time we have been here with only 1 day of a thunderstorm. Cant wait to return and I will most definitely be in touch soon xxx"
