This beautiful furnished villa has two en-suite master bedrooms with king size beds & an en-suite bedroom with a queen size bed.
The 4th bedroom has a queen size bed and there are two single beds in the 5th Bedroom.
These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.

With a fully fitted kitchen, a breakfast nook, a large living area with flat screen TV & blue ray player and a separate dining area your family will have the vacation of a lifetime.

Should you need to do any laundry there is a washing machine, dryer & iron provided.

The pool area is breath taking….it has an oversized pool deck, crystal clear pool and raised spa for you to enjoy after a long day out at the parks.
With the extended lanai you can always find a little shade to relax in.
There are 8 modern loungers, a dining table with 8 chairs & also pool towels for you to use.
There is also a safety fence provided to prevent unauthorized access by young children this can be just part opened or fully removed if not required.

Management is by "Homes of America" who maintain the villa and pool to the highest standards both internally and externally, they are also available to resolve any problems during office hours and deal with emergencies 24hrs a day. We are sure you will have a magical time in this villa and will leave with memories you will never forget…..

Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* Pool heat (and spa heat IF property has a spa) can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes 
* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay.. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
