The single storey villa includes 2 master suites and 2 further twin bedded rooms which share a ‘Jack and Jill’ adjoining bathroom. This villa is fully air conditioned and perfect for one or two families, making this an ideal vacation rental home.

Both master suites have direct access to the pool and patio area. For added guest convenience each bedroom has its own cable TV.

The open plan living area is elegantly furnished to the highest standard, giving direct access through the alarmed patio doors to the pool area. The villa comes with cable HD TV, DVD, high speed Wi Fi and a phone to make free calls within USA, Canada and Puerto Rico as well as a Wii console and games to keep the younger ones occupied.

A well equipped kitchen, with dining table and breakfast bar, including all appliances of washer, dryer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal, fridge freezer, and cutlery and cooking utensils.

The outdoor pool area is extremely spacious with a full size pool and a spa which can be heated for an additional fee. The patio area is brick paved, with a covered lanai and eating area with outdoor seating.

The villa also has a games room consisting of an air hockey table and a mini soccer machine to keep the young and old entertained.

There is also a lockable security/safe box to keep all your valuables secure and an added security of a keyless code front door.

This beautiful home is situated in a well maintained gated community of High Grove located at the intersection of Highway 192 and Highway 27. There is free use of the community clubhouse, which has two pools, Jacuzzi, fitness center, a large games room with full size pool table, access to the internet, printer and fax and a large library of books to borrow and helpful concierge staff who are available to help and provide you with local tips.

There is also a small playground and a recently added new 9 hole mini golf course

Just outside the gates, there is a local Irish bar offering a full menu, showing all live soccer/football games, which is a just few minutes walking distance from the villa.

The Walmart is situated almost opposite the gated community with a KFC and Taco Bell adjacent. Many other bars, restaurants and shopping are nearby along the Highway 27. The villa is in an ideal location, conveniently located providing a quiet, relaxing place to stay while being close to many attractions and for you to experience everything that Orlando has to offer.

Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay. Please confirm at point of reservation
