Situated on the peaceful community of Orange Tree, it is a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks but is still only 15 minutes from the gates of Disney and 45 minutes from Orlando Int Airport.

Supermarkets, restaurants and bars, petrol station, bank, Doctors, pharmacy and Walmart are all within minutes.

The beauty of Lake Louisa State Park is only 5 minutes away too.
The close proximity to all of Orlando’s world-class attractions, excellent shopping, easy access to Interstate 4 & Hwy 192, plus many fantastic golf courses, make Orange Tree a perfect location for your Florida vacation.

Our privately owned villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 people and has 2037 sq ft of spacious, sociable living area.

There are 2 MASTER BEDROOMS both ensuite.

Master Suite 1- Overlooking the pool and with direct access to the pool area through double patio doors.
This beautiful room has a King size bed, TV, large walk in wardrobe, Large ensuite with separate toilet, his & hers sinks, shower, bath.

Master Suite 2- Queen size bed,TV,Fitted wardrobe. Ensuite facilities with access to the pool. Toilet, sink, shower.
Bedrooms 3&4 Twin bed rooms, colourfully decorated with fitted wardrobes. The 3rd bathroom, with toilet, sink, bath & shower is shared by the twin rooms.

Our villa features a fabulous, larger than average ,private heated pool area which is SOUTH facing with a spa.
The design of this home offers a double lanai as the home wraps around the pool.
You can choose to sit in the gorgeous Florida sunshine or to take some shade under the covered lanai area.

The comfortable patio table & chairs & sun loungers will enhance your days and evenings around the pool.
Enjoy your Florida orange juice for breakfast looking out on to the pool!
There is a pool safety fence to erect around the pool if you have small children.

The open plan living area offers 2 separate lounges, formal dining room, breakfast nook, fully fitted kitchen, utility room and a GAMESROOM too!

As you enter the villa you are greeted by the 1st elegant lounge area which offers comfortable sofas, lamps and coffee tables with a large window overlooking the pool area.

The dining room with dining table and chairs is presented in the same elegant style.

The 2nd lounge is furnished with stylish comfortable sofas, lamps, coffee tables, TV & DVD.

There are 2 sets of double patio doors that lead out on to the pool area.

The kitchen is central to the lounge areas making the property a very sociable environment.
It is fully equipped with cooker & microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, fridge freezer with ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, blender, electric tin opener, all utensils, crockery & cutlery.

There is a washer & dryer in the utility room together with an iron & ironing board for your use.

Breakfast Nook Table & chairs situated next to the kitchen and by the patio doors looking directly out on to the pool area.

Games Room
Enjoy some competition on the pool table, Fuseball, Netball or dart board which are there for your enjoyment!
Also a sofa, chair & stools for onlookers to join in too.
You will also find a selection of books and games in the villa.

For the little ones A highchair, travel cot and stroller are available for your use. Also the pool safety fence.

Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* Pool heat (and spa heat IF property has a spa) can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes 
* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
* Early check in and late check out may be available upon request. Fees may apply.
