Our villa is very spacious at 2100 sq ft and comes fully equipped with modern appliances.

Being set well back from US Hwy 27 on the prestigious Highgate Park development it is peaceful and quiet with no noise from passing traffic.

The villa is also on a gated community offering further security and peace of mind.

All the major attractions are within a 15 to 30 minute drive and both the Atlantic Coast and Gulf Coast beaches can be reached within an hour and a half.

There are two master bedrooms, one having a King size bed and opening onto the pool area.

The second has a Queen size bed and both have en-suite bathrooms.

The third and fourth bedrooms each have twin beds and access to the family bathroom.

The villa comfortably sleeps eight plus up to two babies in cots.

All bed linen and towels are provided and all bedrooms have wardrobes and their own tv’s with dvd players in both twin rooms.

Our villa is fully air conditioned.

There are new sofas, bedding, kitchen appliances, kitchen table and chairs, pool furniture and five new flat screen HD televisions, the largest being 50” in one of the two main living areas which is connected to a Blu-ray/dvd player.

We also have live Premiership football available via all five new televisions free of charge.

There is also a newly installed games room which consists of a pool table, table football and air hockey along with table tennis and an electronic dart board.
All the accompanying balls, cues and bats etc are at the villa and free for guests to use.

There is also seating and a further television along with an Xbox 360 with a few games located in the games room.

The extended pool deck is the highlight of the villa.

The pool itself measures 26 ft by 12 ft.
Being south facing the secluded pool and spa get sunshine all year round and look out over a conservation area.

The view has been described as being possibly one of the best south facing pool views in Central Florida.

There is a poolside shower for your convenience and new high quality pool furniture with extra thick padded covers for your comfort.

Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.

* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay. Please confirm at point of reservation
