This 4 bedroom home has everything you and your family could imagine to have a memorable and magical visit to Florida.

Our open kitchen is fully fitted with all the equipment a large family would require with a breakfast bar that seats 3. The dining area has a large table and six chairs.

The living room features two comfortable sofas, one fauteuil and a flat screen TV.
The coffee table even has some chairs for the little ones.


Our master bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, access to the pool area.

There is also another king size bedroom, a bedroom with a queen bed & a bedroom with two twin size beds.

All bedrooms have Tv's.

One bathroom next to queen bedroom & a jack & jill bathroom between the king & twins bedroom.

8 people can sleep comfortably here & there is FREE WIFI though out the villa & pool area.

We have a game room in the garage with pool & air hockey table. The south/west facing pool area is beautiful place to come back every day.

Overlooking the wooded areas, a dip in the sparkling pool is just what you need after a long day in the parks!

There is also a covered lanai, to give you some shade from the hot Florida sun.

The home is located in a private gated community Bella Vida in Kissimmee, which provides guests with: 6700-sq.-ft. Clubhouse Spacious Lounge Cyber Cafe Fitness Center Basketball Court Sand Volleyball Court Resort Pool and Spa Tot Lot

Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* Pool heat (and spa heat IF property has a spa) can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes 
* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay.. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
