Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom disabled friendly villa, where we hope you have the most wonderful time.  You will find this property is wheelchair adapted with an accessible shower. There are ramps for the front door and also out to the beautiful pool area plus a battery powered chairlift into the pool and also an accessible handrail to support entry into the water.

Your holiday experience is very important to us, we want you to have a fabulous time and part of your holiday/vacation experience is where you stay.

We would like you to go home thinking how great your time was and that you can't wait to return to Florida and of course stay again at our exclusive holiday villa.

High Grove is situated at the intersection of Highway 192 and Highway 27 , which is just 6 miles, or 10 minutes, by car from Disney's Magic Kingdom.

The majority of Orlando's major attractions are within easy reach and there are also many golf and fishing venues close by.

Numerous shops, supermarkets and restaurants are within a mile and there is now a brand new Super Walmart within 1/4 mile of the complex.

With three good sized bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people. 

The luxurious master bedroom suite is at the rear of the villa and has a fabulous King sized bed, ceiling fan, hairdryer, and Flat screen TV, attached is an ensuite bathroom which includes a wet room (roll-in shower) with grab/handrails, this includes a rainfall showerhead, plus a handheld adjustable showerhead. This ensuite also comprises a wheelchair accessible sink, along with a pull-down handrail beside the toilet. A shower chair is available for guests upon request.

The second and third bedrooms are located at the front and side of the villa, both also have flat screen TV's. The second bedroom is a Queen room and the third room has a single profiling bed plus a regular single bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom which has a pull-down handrail beside the toilet, a single sink and a bath which includes a shower and also has a handrail.

All bedrooms have ample storage space provided by large built-in closets and drawers. All bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are provided for your needs with extra bedding should you require it.

The is also a sofa bed for extra guests if needed.

A large fully fitted kitchen with every modern convenience, including a microwave, full cooker, fridge freezer (complete with ice maker).
Dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There is also a breakfast bar for those casual moments.

If you feel you need to do any laundry, you will find a large capacity washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board in the laundry cupboard.

Air conditioned and heated throughout

The villa offers a comfortable seating area, comprising two large luxurious sofas allowing the whole family to sit down together at the end of an action packed day with a 65” T V.

A good sized dining area which is located at the rear of the villa adjacent to the Living room and Kitchen.

Large patio doors give direct access to the pool deck as well as providing a great view out and lots of natural light..

Our lovely south facing private pool is bathed in sunshine all day and is surrounded by a large tiled patio and a covered lanai should you prefer to sit in the shade.

The deck is furnished with chairs, a table and beach beds which allow you to lie back, relax and enjoy the Florida sun. 

Should you find the pool is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional daily charge (recommended for October to March).

The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in and there are pool toys to keep the children entertained and there pool access alarms on the doors.

Wi-fi internet connection is available as well as internet TV.

Within walking distance from the Villa is a lovely bar/restaurant, Mickey Finns  which serves good food and drink at competitive prices and has special offers on various days when you can buy one get one free on food. Also, McDonalds is a short walk away, left outside gate. 
Walmart and a Medical Centre are both a short drive away.
You also have the Margaritaville Waterpark nearby on the 192.

The community has a very well equipped clubhouse, A huge pool and Spa, a Gym and lounge areas. Above all however, Highgrove benefits from an excellent location making it possible to be in Disneyworld in only 10 minutes.

Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* Pool heat (and spa heat IF property has a spa) can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes 
* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay.. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
