It has always been our dream to own a property in Florida and when we stepped inside this villa in August 2016 we loved it from the start.

We are confident that you will feel the same when you see it.

Our home is situated in the select gated community of The Manor which is part of the prestigious West Haven development with only 57 wonderful homes and has its own tennis court and play area.

This is a perfect base for all of Central Florida’s attractions as it is only minutes from the I4.

This is a four-bedroomed property which sleeps up to nine guests.

There are two en-suite bathrooms, one further bathroom and an outside shower and separate WC.

The property is all on one level and so is accessible for all.
There is free WIFI throughout and lots of games, DVDs and books for you to access.

Outside there is a large pool deck with space to sunbathe and also sit and dine in the shade.

There is a pool and a Jacuzzi which is enclosed by a removable security fence for that added peace of mind, which can be heated at a nominal cost.

Living area

As you walk through the imposing front door you cannot help but be amazed by the layout and décor of this beautiful home.

The living area has a 58 Inch HD LED Smart TV connected to cable providing over 100 channels of entertainment. If this is not enough, there is a blue ray DVD player and host of DVDs in our library.

Of course you will need somewhere comfortable to sit – we have three settees in stylish brown leather, each seating two people.

All of the six seats recline and two even do it at a touch of a button rather than the manually operated lever for the other four.

Two of the settees contain a hidden handy box for your remote controls and drinks holes for added relaxation.

The occasional tables and coasters mean that you will never be short of somewhere to put your wine glass down. 

There are Docking stations and plug in speaker options through out the living area

Dining area

In the dining area of the villa there is a marbled topped dining table seating 6 and 2 stools up to a breakfast bar for those informal eating moments.

Setting this Villa apart from the others - there is an added bonus of another lounge area seating 5 on two settees – an ideal place to sit and relax away from all the technology at the other end of the room.

Kitchen

The kitchen is enormous and feels airy and is filled with every mod-con you could wish for.

The large American fridge/freezer has a built in ice maker and a water filter for water based drinks that taste even better than bottled water.

The cooker has a large oven and an electric hob.

There is a large built in microwave above it.

In the unlikely event that you really want to go to town with your cooking along with the normal kitchen utensils and appliances, you will find :

baking trays of all kinds
cooking utensils including a meat thermometer and an apple corer
cooking apron
mixing bowls

large assortment of glasses and plastic tumblers
 
No-one likes to wash up on holiday so for your convenience there is a waste disposal unit and an efficient dishwasher.

Utility room

A door in the kitchen leads off into the utility room which houses a large top loader washing machine, tumble drier, washing basket, ironing board, iron and clothes airer.

There are also two vacuum cleaners, a mop and a sweeping brush and dust pan.

Garage/Games room

Through the utility is an alarmed door to the double garage.

There is a large screen TV, Tall table and 2 stools, an American pool table and a table tennis table, and if you are feeling very competitive Ait Hockey and Table football.

There is also a large fan for those warm evenings.

The theme for this room is the Florida Gators.

There are also 2 sets of golf clubs (I cannot vouch for their standard) tennis rackets and balls, an ice box and folding chairs.

All these are for you to use if you want.

Master suite

What makes this villa truly unique is the space and beautiful décor throughout.

The master suite has an imposing king sized bed with a wooden surround and matching dressing table.

There are bedside tables with large lamps on them and a digital alarm clock at one side of the bed.

The room has sliding patio doors to the pool deck outside.

A corridor off the bedroom leads to a separate WC , his and hers sinks with vanity lighting, a sumptuous corner bath and a large shower for two!

The suite has its own dressing room with lots of hanging space for all those new clothes you purchase from the designer outlets.

Each dressing area / wardrobe comes with an abundance of clothes hangers too.

There is also a personal safe in the dressing room off the master suite that gives you that added piece of mind knowing that your valuables are safe and sound.

There is a wall mounted HD TV in this room


A cupboard off the bathroom houses spare towels and a hairdryer and straighteners can found in the drawers below the sink.

Master Bedroom Two

What sets this house apart is another master bedroom with its own large bath, separate shower and separate WC.

Tastefully decorated in lilac, this king size bed and vanity unit is the height of luxury, again with plenty of storage space, digital alarm clock  hairdryer and a  cupboard with spare towels.

There is a wall mounted HD TV in this room

There are two further bedrooms which share a bathroom comprising of a bath with a shower above it, a sink and a toilet.

Bedroom Three

One bedroom is tastefully decorated in turquoise and has a double bed with a single above it – accessed via sturdy built in steps.

This room has a built in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space, a set of drawers with plenty of room , a digital alarm clock and a television connected only to a  DVD player – ideal for lying in bed watching your favourite film in the evening.

Bedroom Four

The fourth bedroom houses two single beds, a built in wardrobe, drawer space and a television complete with an Xbox 360 console and a digital clock radio


We also have a computer nook which has a desk and chair LAN Cable to connect to the router directly, and a bookcase containing many DVDs, books, games and CDs for you to use whenever you want.
 
Outside

You don’t come to Florida without wanting to spend time outdoors and this villa is ideal for that.

The large treble patio doors open up completely letting the outside area become part of this lovely house.

This patio door is alarmed so there is no chance of children opening it without you knowing.

The oversized lanai runs nearly the whole length of the property and provides a gorgeous shaded area in which to relax or dine.

There is a hexagonal dining table allowing four people to sit around it and 2 sun loungers. There are also two further reclining sun chairs with foot stools.

There is also an outdoor shower and a separate WC which is accessed off the lanai.

We have a gas powered barbecue which is available to hire at a small extra cost which is situated under the lanai and there is also a large ceiling fan above the patio table.

The pool area is separated by a removable safety fence which will give you that added security if you have little children.

There is a Jacuzzi which you can relax in and a pool which is big enough to play in and swim in.

There are a range of large inflatables for you to use and you will be pleased to know that there is also a mains operated pump to save you blowing them up yourself.

Local Amenities:

A five minute drive can get you to JC Penney, Best Buy, Belk, Dick’s Sporting Goods and many more retail outlets/restaurants. Other dining / shopping options are available along US27 just a few minutes away, including a Kmart, and several gas filling stations.

The Champions Gate shopping complex is six minutes away with Publix Supermarket, Subway, McDonald’s, Walgreens Pharmacy, UPS store, gas station.

My colleagues and I stayed here during a week-long trade show. Martyn and Claire, along with the management company, have really made a perfect home away from home. The two master suites were separated enough to allow the privacy we needed. The open layout worked so well. The kitchen allowed for so much space that we didn't even come close to getting into each others way. We took advantage of the pool heat option and truly enjoyed our evenings relaxing by the pool and in the Jacuzzi. This property even has a half bath in the lanai, so you don't have to go through the house in a wet suit while swimming. We had a great time. The house is laid out perfectly, is decorated beautifully and has all the conveniences to make your stay extremely comfortable. Thank you Martyn and Claire for allowing us to stay in your vacation home. We will definitely be back!

We stayed for 17 nights in December. A good location for Disney about 20 minutes drive . universal and shopping about 35 minutes. Short drive to a selection of restaurants and local super market. Definitely recommend. Owners were very helpful and answered any questions we had very quickly our security deposit was returned before we even arrived home

The community was very quite and felt very safe , especially with the gated access. We visit some Disney Parks and it took us around 20 minutes to get to them even in traffic .Very comfortable home and location was great .The pool and Jacuzzi area was very private. Thank you for letting us stay at your vacation home . We had a great time at your home. Will definitely be recommending this home to family and friends and would stay here again on our next vacation to Florida .

Amazing vacation! The house was absolutely stunning. I can't think of anything that would have made our stay better. the weather got chilly a couple of the days, but thanks to the small charge we paid for pool heat, our 6 kiddos were still able to swim! Although I chose to relax in the hot tub! the bedrooms were beautiful and bathrooms were gorgeous. the house looked and smelled fabulous when we first arrived. the kitchen was amazing and fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Perfect for big breakfasts on the patio. I am glad we took advantage of the grill as well. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and the pool had great privacy. Martyn and Claire were fabulous and prompt with answers to my several questions :)our kids loved the game room and the living room was spacious and cozy for all of us. Very child friendly. loved that the pool had a child safety gate. I would absolutely go back in a heartbeat! Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful home.

My family of five have just returned from two weeks in this superb villa. Martyn, the owner, was extremely helpful when we were booking our trip and responded immediately to any questions we had. When we arrived it was immediately clear we had made a good decision booking this villa. It was spotlessly clean, superbly presented and equipped with everything we needed for our holiday. The villa is in the great community of West Haven and the nearby Champions Gate has a Publix supermarket, Walgreens chemist and plenty of nice restaurants, so everything is available close by. With easy access on to I4, travel to all the main Orlando attractions is simple and travel to WDW is about 20 minutes. All in all this villa is ideal for a family holiday in Orlando and with the peace of mind in knowing that you are dealing with a trustworthy owner in Martyn, I thoroughly recommend you think about making a booking.

Simply, PERFECT! We had a wonderful time in this incredible vacation home. Everything was outstanding and nothing was left. Nice rooms, beautiful kitchen and even the internet was fast! We have been there with 3 teenagers and and if they felt boring they could use the quick internet. Pool and all the other entertainment equipment in the garage and in the house killed time in a minute. Thank you so much for let us stay in your home. Anytime again!

If you are seeking a home away from home, this is the place! From the warm and friendly decor to the comfortable seating and magnificent pool/spa area, this home provides all the creature comforts you can imagine! Not to mention the recreation room filled to capacity with billiards, foosball, air hockey and ping pong, including a BIG screen TV to add to the fun! And, with plenty of room to move around in, you can easily share space without having your privacy encroached on. One of the BEST stays we've experienced on VRBO!!

Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
