Welcome to our family villa “home from home” located on the prestigious Mission Park private gated community, and only 15 minutes to the Disney Parks and so many of those essential variety of shops, malls, eateries, bars etc and is here to help you build memories that last a lifetime.
The beautifully appointed luxury 4bed/3bath villa sleeps up to 8 people.
We have made this home a fantastic accommodation for families coming together for their holidays and vacations.
Four Bedrooms
The 4 bedrooms have been designed with your comfort in mind, with TV’s and closet wardrobes and even more storage in all of them.
We offer 2 generous and spacious Master Bedrooms, with King beds and large en-suite bathrooms in each, and two twin bedrooms, plus further bathroom.
One Master Bedroom is complete with an en-suite, incorporating huge walk-in shower, and separate wash basin vanity unit, and the other Master Bedroom also has an en-suite, complete with a large corner bath with shower, and twin wash basins with a large vanity mirror.
There are closet built in wardrobes in each bedroom and each has a television. The other 2 bedrooms both have 2 twin beds in each, together with closet built in wardrobes and TVs and bathroom / shower unit
Pool and extended patio lanai area
The very spacious 14' x 30' pool and large patio area and sun deck is fully screened, faces south-west and backs onto lovely woodland conservation, ensuring complete privacy.
There are no homes directly behind the villa simply the lush greenery and large covered mesh lanai is perfect for entertaining, alfresco dining, swimming or sunbathing with relaxing patio furniture & sun loungers, and a new day bed facility.
After a long day exploring and enjoying what the Orlando area has to offer - it is here you can retreat to and relax, watch and listen to the wonderful pool waterfall, with underwater lighting and entertain whilst admiring the breathtaking stunning sunsets.
As you will see from the pictures, the home has been finished to the highest possible standard for the enjoyment of all our guests.
For added security there is a safety fence provided to stop young children getting near to the pool when unsupervised.
The pool and deck is fully screened to help keep the pool clean and any bugs out.

The property has been designed and furnished as a real “home away from home" with all the facilities you would require;
Kitchen - the large modern fully-fitted kitchen has a separate pantry / larder, breakfast bar, with stools, whilst opening up into adjoining dining area, with formal table and chairs.
The kitchen comes complete with all the latest amenities including a large cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, a large selection of glassware, crockery and cutlery and coffee machine.
The Living Room is furnished with a large flat screen television and a dvd player, with 3 large comfort sofa’s.
All linens and towels are provided for the convenience of our guests.
If you need to do any laundry, we have a separate in-house room of both a high capacity washing machine and a tumble dryer, together with ironing equipment.
In House Entertainment
We have installed TVs in all bedrooms and main living room, and everything else you would expect to make your vacation hassle free.
For entertainment in the home, it has been equipped with WiFi internet access and a purpose-built upgraded Games Room with a Pool Table, a Foosball Table, darts board, bar football and bar stools, all on new cushioned flooring.
There is free use of the telephone for local and national calls.
Our home is fully air conditioned and large enough for an extended family or even two families coming together for fun holiday’s and vacations.
Mission Park Community Amenities
Our Guests enjoying a stay at Mission Park, get full use of the community amenities.
There is a community pool with cabana where you can laze in the warm Florida sun and mix with other vacationers, if you wish. There is a basketball area and a small kids “tot-lot” playground area to keep the tots occupied if a day at the park is not enough.
Local Destinations
Located so close to Disney theme parks, several local golf courses and the other major attractions of the area, there is plenty of excitement to be had. Our house is located just off US27 approximately one mile north of US192 and 10 minutes from Interstate 4.
It is approximately 15 minutes to the gates of Walt DisneyWorld and 25 minutes to Universal Orlando, SeaWorld, Lakeridge Winery & Vineyards and 40 minutes to Orlando International Airport.
Other Florida attractions including, Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Center are within easy driving distance. For the beach lovers, the Gulf and Atlantic Coasts can be reached in around the hour mark.
Disney World isn't the only nearby amenity... there are other theme parks, numerous golf courses, world class freshwater fishing, equestrian facilities, shopping centers, restaurants, medical facilities and Northeast Regional Park, a public park with soccer fields, American Football fields, baseball fields, a playground, a boat ramp and a picnic area.

Ian’s villa is a lovely home from home, it’s kept clean and very tidy. It has all of the facilities needed, including utensils for home cooking as well as China & plastic crockery. The beds were very comfy, there were plenty of towels provided too. The pool area is well maintained and fenced for safety, it backs onto the natural wildlife which was very important to us. The location is ideal, as we did not want to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of international drive, however it was close enough to drive to for food etc! We highly recommend this villa as a base for your Orlando stay.

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.

We were extremely impressed with this beautiful home, from the moment we arrived, it actually felt like our home.
The Villa was immaculately cleaned, above and beyond hotel standard, which is no mean feat, as we were a late booking and the management company only had a few hours to get the place ready.
The home is situated in a gated secure community, which is ideally located for all the parks, supermarkets, restaurants etc, whilst remaining a peaceful place of tranquility.
Sunset Dreams had everything we needed, the two master suites are spacious, with huge comfortable beds, en-suites bathrooms, and one with a great walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms have been set up to accommodate young children or teens with two single comfy beds in both, and artwork drawn by the owners, which is a lovely touch, and share a bathroom. All bedrooms have their own flat screen TVs and cable boxes, so no arguments over the remote!
The social spaces are opened planned, with a kitchen diner, with all modern appliances, dining table and lovely living space with the biggest TV I've ever seen!, again with loads of channels to watch, if you get a chance, unlike us, as most of our free time was spent in the oversized pool. The pool is excellent, with plenty of external lighting, waterfall and conservation views. The pool is one of the best I've seen, which we absolutely loved, and great to relax in after a hot day at the parks.
The house is fully air-conditioned, and each room has ceiling fans for those that need that blast of cool air.
The games room was a lovely touch, so much thought has gone into making this fantastic space a home from home!.
Finally, Ian and Mandy, were the best hosts ever!, always at hand, as well as the management company, we had a small issue, we contacted the management company for advice, and they were at the door within 15 minutes and sorted our issue straightaway.
I couldn't have asked for a better service, or host.
You will certainly have a first class experience, at this sensational Villa, I've been coming to Orlando for over 20yrs and I have to say, this is the best all round Villa, that I've been fortunate to stay in, and I will definitely, stay here again.

Just back from a 2 week stay at sunset dreams villa, the villa was perfect for our needs, situated in a peaceful gated community.
We found the villa to be super clean with ample space throughout, we couldnt have asked for anymore! Comfy beds, full kitchen amenities and a spacious pool area with perfect sunsets.
The villa was situated close enough to all the parks and supermarkets/restaurants were a ten minute drive.
Excellent communication from the owners. We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunset Dreams. Ian the owner was responsive and helpful throughout the entire booking process. Remained in contract throughout our stay to ensure we were settled and happy. Property was immaculately clean, everything we could have needed available. We are keen cooks when we go away so having a fully equipped kitchen was a bonus. The pool was lovely, kids couldnt get enough. Mission park location is great, gated community and very clean. A good sense of security for families. Would recommend and definitely come back!

Your Sunset Dreams Villa was just what we wantedlovely bedrooms, spacious bathrooms and a great living room : kitchen area. The pool table got plenty of use, as did the swimming pool. Its located in the loveliest area and so very convenient to drive to all the attractions, restaurants and bars that we know and love. Hope we are back in the USA again very soon!

After a very long day travelling we arrived at Mission Park - a beautiful small gated community. The villa was very stunning, very welcoming and had everything we need including 2 lovely master suites - our only problem was deciding which one to use!
The pool area is beautiful, relaxing and peaceful no noise just wildlife - perfect. The pool was warm (we had it heated) and the sun beds so comfortable. When in the villa we spent most of the time outside day and night - the sunsets were gorgeous.
The villa is in a great location on the 27 with supermarkets and restaurants on the doorstep. The community is very small but so friendly, everyone stops to say Hello or wave if they are driving - we loved this.
Its close to Disney and to the gorgeous town of Clermont (some fabulous restaurants here)
We cannot wait to return.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fabulous holiday villa in Orlando.
First and foremost, the location of the villa was absolutely fantastic. Nestled in a quiet and secure gated community setting, it offered the perfect blend of stunning natural surroundings and convenient access to nearby attractions such as Disney, Universal and many other theme parks.
The villa itself had an abundance of space, providing me and the family with ample room to unwind and enjoy our holiday. The rooms were incredibly spacious, elegantly furnished, and impeccably maintained. It truly felt like a home away from home!
One feature that stood out to me was the air conditioning throughout the villa. This was a true blessing, as it allowed us to escape the scorching summer heat and retreat into cool and refreshing comfort.
The villa had a stunning pool with a great view of the sunsets on the surrounding landscape. The pool area was well-maintained and provided the perfect spot for lounging, soaking up the sun, or indulging in a poolside drink!
In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend this holiday villa to anyone seeking a truly exceptional vacation experience. On arrival after a long flight it was such a pleasure to walk into a clean and very well presented home. Even at this point we didnt realise how wonderful it was. Over the next few days acclimatising we really discovered how Ian and Mandy had really thought of everything. A home away from home which keeps on giving.
The pool area was just perfect with views out towards the woodlands we enjoyed relaxing in the pool looking at all the local birds. The children really enjoyed the pool toys and Mickey theme which continued throughout the house.
We made use of all the modern utilities cooking meals and enjoying the dinning area made us feel like we could really relax. Oh, and how could we not mention the games room, of an evening we enjoyed playing pool and darts.
The general area was beautiful and secure, allowing us to take a break from the busy Disney parks but close enough we nipped back for an afternoon after an easy morning.

One word, 3 syllables = A-MAZ-ING!!! From the initial booking to the end of the stay, it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Ian. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for him.
The property itself is gorgeous. I have no clue where to start!! The villa was spotlessly clean when we arrived, clean and fresh towels were laid out on all the beds. All 4 bedrooms are generous, with great storage and a tv each for chilling after a day at the parks. The 2 vast master bedrooms have their own ensuite and the 2 twins have a bathroom between them. The kitchen has all the mod cons you may want, I genuinely miss their fridge with ice and water, it was a godsend. There is a huge garage that they have decked out as a games room, which we utilised when we werent lounging in the swimming pool area (again spotlessly clean). The living room has two great and extremely comfortable sofas, just what you need when youve walked a million miles around the parks!!
The location is great, its about half hour to all the Disney parks and about 45 minutes to all the universal parks. There are loads of different supermarkets and restaurants around the area too. The sunsets in the evening are just breath-taking.
Whilst we were there, we had the pleasure of hurricane Nicole. Ian was so helpful and supportive throughout. To be honest in the end, we have seen bigger storms in the UK, but knowing Ian was there constantly if we needed him was such a weight off our minds.
In short, would I recommend Ian and Sunset Dreams Villa?? In a heartbeat!! We are already trying to work out when we can come back.

Plain and simple- if you are reading this, you should be booking this house ALREADY!!! The communication with Ian was great! All the details you would want/need to know, he has your answers. Checking in and out was seamless, and entering the development was very straightforward. The house was super clean, everything nothing they were sanitized before our arrival, and with much stocked as well. The pool was awesome and we enjoyed the inflatables already there. The only thing is that the garage where the game room is a tad bit hot, but there is a fan for your usage. Nearby are so many places to eat/do grocery, and youre only 20 mins away from Disney Springs, youd love the peace and quiet this house gives when youre away from all the hustle and bustle of I-4. I also definitely recommend going to the Citrus Tower and checking out the Showcase of Citrus- both attractions nearby. Thank you again Ian, from the bottom of my familys heart!

House was clean and very spacious! I love that both king bedrooms had their private bathroom. This was perfect for us as we were traveling with another couple. The kids had their own individual room with their own bathroom to share. The pool was awesome and probably the best thing . It was clean and we enjoyed it every single day. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need ..literally. The garage had a game room I thought this was pretty cool. It had launch chair and everything so we were able to use them for our beach day. The house was very clean upon arrival and it was very nicely decorated and family friendly. I would definitely book this home again at our next visit
