Welcome to our beautiful home, perfect for your Orlando vacation.

We are located on the edge of a beautiful tranquil conservation area within the popular Sandy Ridge community, with a stunning private view across a lake from south facing large 30Ft pool with spa and no rear neighbours.

Set close to the major routes to Orlando attractions, 45mins from Orlando International airport, and only 15 minutes from Disney.

Our beautiful single storey villa has over 1900 sqft of space to enjoy and relax in.

At the back of the villa leading to the pool is a great family lounge with a new 55in smart 4k TV and DVD player, behind this lounge is a breakfast table leading into the Kitchen and laundry room with washer and dryer.

The Kitchen is fully loaded with all the equipment you’ll need, side by side fridge freezer with ice maker, cooker, dishwasher, waste disposal you will also find a toaster, coffee maker, kettle, slow cooker, liquidiser, and all the servingware you’ll need to when you choose to eat in.

As you enter the villa you walk into the formal lounge and dining area with seating for 6 ( and room for more)

The huge master king bedroom, with 42in 4K smart TV, has a walk in dressing room/wardrobe and the ensuite has a oversize bath and separate shower, there is a separate WC ( which also offers a outside door allowing easy access from the pool).

The 2nd master with queen bed, 32in TV, and large built in wardrobe, also has a ensuite with a large shower

There are 2 further bedrooms both with twin beds, dressers, built in wardrobes and TV’s. One of the bedrooms with Disney accessories.

The 3rd bathroom has a shower/tub combination, and is located close by the twin bedrooms.

The Garage has been adapted as a games room, and boasts a sofa, TV with games machine, table tennis table and table football and there is a small library.

Outside our large pool deck faces south to get the best of the sun with plenty of seat and loungers to relax in. There is also a shady Lanai with table and chairs for outdoor dining.

Our villa is private and beautifully furnished, with air conditioning, and ceiling fans in all rooms, Free high speed internet and telephone calls to the USA & canada.

And for our very youngest guests we have a high chair and travel cot and cot bedding. 

Nearby you will find shopping within 5 minutes drive: Publix, CVS/Walgreens, MacDonalds (24hr), Chilis, Papa Johns, Chinese take away/ delivery etc, a bank and petrol station.

We have Four championship golf courses within immediate vicinity, we are just 5minutes from the  Interstate 4 for great Disney access in 20 minutes.

As you can see EVERYTHING is here, in really GREAT surroundings ,ready to make your vacation perfect in this IDEAL location.

Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* Pool heat (and spa heat IF property has a spa) can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes 
* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
