Double height entrance hallway. Large open-plan family area comprising kitchen, breakfast nook, and family lounge with easy access to the pool and outside entertainment space. Separate dining room. Formal front lounge. Half bath. Laundry Room. Games room. Accessible master bedroom (king bed) with ensuite bathroom.
Upstairs
Master bedroom (king bed) with ensuite bathroom. Two double bedrooms (queen beds). Two twin bedrooms (single beds). All bedrooms equipped with TVs and ceiling fans. Two family bathrooms. Netflix Den with 42” TV and games consoles.
Community Amenities: WaterSong Resort offers exclusive access to a 6,700 sqft clubhouse with a hot-desking workspace, fitness center, and gathering room. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the large pool, hot tub, children’s playground, picnic areas, and sportscourts for basketball and volleyball.
Accessibility Features: The Palms has space for two cars on the ample driveway. Is wheelchair-friendly with ramp access, widened doors, and accessible facilities on the ground floor, ensuring comfort for all guests.

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc.
Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs. You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

5 Stars. Wonderful house - clean, large, safe gated area, comfortable, accurate to description. Overall we were very sad to leave this house as it was part of a great holiday.

AWESOME!
The house was spacious and very clean. We had a great time. The neighbors were friendly. The house looked exactly like the pictures.
Not that far from shopping and restaurants. The check in process was easy.
We would definitely stay at the house on our next trip to Florida.
