Watersong offers the security of a gated community which has a well equipped club house with fitness centre, large lounge area, zero entry pool, children's pay area, volley ball court and putting green.
This is all set in landscaped gardens, conservation area and peaceful woodland.
All of this is just 2 minutes walk from the villa and is available to you free of charge.
 
The resort is just 20 minutes from Disney, 35 minutes from Universal, and many high quality golf courses are just minutes away. Orlando International Airport is just 45 minutes away.

The home has new pool furniture, new mattresses in both master bedrooms and new lounge furniture as well as a new pool table, new air hockey and new flatscreen tv.

The villa is tiled throughout the downstairs and offers airy, open plan living.

There are 2 large lounge areas, a dining area, as well as a well equipped kitchen leading onto the beautiful deck.

The deck is extended to give you plenty of space to relax on the sun loungers and enjoy the stunning view over the conservation area.  

Alternatively, you can enjoy the well equipped games room which offers table football, air hockey, pool table and TV.

The living room has a large new TV and DVD player for you to enjoy.

Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms. 

There are 2 master bedrooms with en suites and a further 2 twin rooms (one with bunk beds) which share a family bathroom. This home sleeps 10.
 
There is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier as well as a downstairs toilet. 
 
Included is free WIFI and local telephone calls.

There is off road parking for two vehicles.

Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* Pool heat (and spa heat IF property has a spa) can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes 
* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay.. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
