As you enter our home your eyes will be drawn to the view over our pool to the Lake, pass the formal Dining Area into the open family sitting room with dining nook and spacious fully equipped kitchen, overlooking the pool area.

Furnished in a light tropical theme with style and comfort in mind.

As you enter you will find the 2nd sitting room on your left, an ideal place for a sunny morning coffee or a place to sit quietly and read a book or watch TV
This room has a Queen Sofa Bed and can be used as a 7th bedroom, sharing the Queen downstairs bathroom.

To the right is the formal dining area with door to the kitchen and beyond to the second dining nook.

The large family sitting room is very spacious and bright with two sets of doors leading out to your private pool with amazing lake views. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, large fridge with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher plenty of dinnerware, glasses, and cookware, including unbreakable for use outside.
There is a coffee machine for filter or pods.
Everything you need to cook up a feast or a snack, whilst enjoying the view.

Outside you will find the large, covered lanai, with comfortable seating and dining area, fans to keep you cool whilst enjoying the view and relaxing in the Florida Sun. 

The beautiful, serene pool area is a private oasis with an amazing 38 ft large pool which sits in a 60-foot-wide extended pool deck and has a luxury spa and a kiddie pool.
This can be heated on request.
There are plenty of loungers and seating on our very spacious pool deck.

The sunsets over the lake to the West are spectacular.

The spacious garden area to the right of our home is fenced, ideal for outdoor games, or relaxing in the shade of the tree, additional dining is available here and the large gas BBQ Grill, which is included in your rate.

The spacious bedrooms, all with TV and luxury linens, are spread out to give lots of privacy.

On the ground floor to the left of the family room is the Master Suite with separate Tub and Shower and patio doors to the pool, Decorated in tropical style this private oasis is very large, tall ceilings add to the feeling of space.

To the right of the family room is the lovely Queen room with doors to the pool area.

It has an adjacent bathroom with shower which also serves as the pool bathroom.

To the front of the house is the 2nd King bedroom with en-suite bathroom with walk in shower - Facing East this room enjoys the morning sunshine.

Upstairs off the gallery landing are the further 3 bedrooms.

To the right is a King bedroom with en-suite bathroom with walk in shower.
This is light room with windows to two sides and enjoys the morning sun.

Across the landing are the remaining two rooms

A brightly decorated Twin Room with African theme, this shares the adjoining bathroom, with tub, with the final bedroom - a large room with two full sized beds. This lovely room has a light seashore theme.

All bathrooms come with soft fluffy towels and hair driers.
Bedrooms have large smart TVs; all have lots of channels via the Roku system.

Our home is equipped with secure high-speed Wi-Fi, local and USA Calling.

The BBQ is included at no charge providing it is cleaned at the end of your stay.

The pool and spa can be heated for a small fee on request.

For babies there is a crib and a pack and play, two highchairs and stair gates.

All pool doors are alarmed.

Finally, downstairs off the dining hallway, there is our fully air-conditioned games room, with pool table, foosball, air hockey and Darts. 
Large TV has a play station with a Wi-Fi games package to download hundreds of games - when you are not out and about you can have lots of fun at home - this room is a great hit with adults and kids alike.
You will also find board games for traditional family fun.

Our home is kept to a high standard by a local management company, who are there to ensure your stay is trouble free and provide a high quality of service to our guests.

Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* Pool heat and Spa can be added to your booking. It will cost $40 per night plus taxes. Spa only $25 per night plus taxes
* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay.. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
