Welcome to our 7 bed 5.5 bath Solterra Sunshine Villa -  we have created a fabulous outdoor space to enjoy the Florida sunshine and wonderful evenings under the stars

Located on a spacious end of cul de sac lots you will enjoy plenty of privacy 

Only a short drive from the I-4 Hwy linking the community to the Parks, within 15 minutes you can be at Disney and a little further to Universal. 

Golfing is very close by and there lots of shops and restaurants within 3-7 minute drive.   
 

We have personally decorated and furnished our home and hope you like the high standard and comfortable home away from home we have created for you.
 

Our home features an individually designed pool area with wonderful South/west Facing views over meadows.   

The large 30 ft pool and spa sits in an extended pool deck and has in pool and cage lighting change colour to create your own ambience.

The pool and spa can be heated (additional charge). 

There is a Handrail to pool for easier access - a pool fence available and all doors to the pool area are alarmed for safety
 

Enjoy your own recreational facilities - games room with ping pong table, foosball, air hockey and darts - enjoy game night round the poker table, have family games with our range of board games, or create your own movie night - our TV's are equipped with Roku to enjoy hundreds of channels.

Fast Secure Wifi is included if you need to work from your home from home
 

The wonderful community area with large resort pool, slide, lazy river, tennis, gym, snack bar are a short 9 minute walk away from our home. 

The facilities of the Solterra Club house are all included in your rental.
 

Inside -the spacious foyer leads to the large, open-concept living space complete with an island Kitchen and dining area so everyone can gather comfortably for meals as well as entertainment. 
 

Our fully equipped kitchen comes with fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher and everything you need to cook a snack or a feast. 
 

The large table can seat all the family/friends to gather together. If your group is a small one, don’t worry, our home is very homely and comfortable for smaller groups as well as large.
 

The luxuriously appointed living are a features a large tv with comprehensive entertainment package and comfortable sofas.
 

As you walk out of the living area to a grand, covered lanai and pool with spa, you will find the outdoor oasis you would expect in your dream vacation home - it is the perfect place for fun and relaxation.

Our luxury outdoor furniture offers a very comfortable seating area with cooling fans if it get too warm for you, and there are plenty of loungers for the sun worshippers in your party, plus a dining area, a large gas barbeque (included in your rate).

On the ground floor there is a large Master king Suite with Master Bath plus a King bedroom with Ensuite.
 

 There is an air conditioned Game Room with ping pong table, foosball, air hockey, darts is another great space for fun for everyone.
 

Upstairs, you will find a spacious second sitting room with Large TV, and gaming table and Xbox 1 with Games package to download games.  
This second sitting room offers family and guests plenty of space to enjoy their favourite activities, or simply relax!
 

Then there are super comfy bedrooms - the second Master king Suite with shower and dual vanity, 1 spacious king bedroom with jack and jill bathroom adjoining twin room - (this room can convert to a king if you require 5 kings and 2 twins), 2 twins sharing a bath with tub, to complete the second floor and providing guests with a very restful sleep after a day of fun in the Florida sun!
 

Our new home is energy efficient, fully air conditioned throughout and smart home enabled.
 

Our wonderful management company, based close by, keep our home in immaculate condition and are fastidious about cleanliness.
Rest assured you won’t be disappointed - on arrival - as with most of our other guests, we hope you will see that it’s even better than it looks on the pictures!
 

The fabulous community pool area has a large beach entry heated pool, with slide, there are cabanas and sun loungers, a spa and a covered luxury sitting area for when the sun gets too warm.

There is an outdoor kitchen and inside the club house you will find a TV, more luxury seating and refreshment area

The new Snack Bar and Lazy River is a wonderful addition to the already amazing facilities in the club house area!

There is also a Gym if you have any energy left and also tennis court, volley ball, childrens play area and soccer field.

All this within a few minute walk of our home and included in your rental rates.
 

The Parks are very easy to reach - our home is only a few minutes off the I4 and from there its about 15 minutes to Disney, 25 to SeaWorld and about 30 to Universal depending on traffic.

There is also a quiet way avoiding the I4 to and from the 192 - and the quick back way to Disney - up Lake Wilson Road.

There are two supermarkets within 5 minute drive, as well as Restaurants and Pizza places, at Reunion crossroads and Champions Gate - New Restaurants at Champions Gate are a great addition to the area.  Posner Park - 7 minutes away has a JC Penny, Home Goods, Cheesecake Factory, Bed Bath and Body - and lots more!
 

We have baby crib, pack play, high chair and safety gates.
 

Our rentals now include accidental damage cover, in lieu of a refundable deposit, (you can choose either option details in terms and conditions)
 

Pool and spa heat can be added to your stay at a cost of $35 for both or $15 spa only.
 

We do like to get to know our guests, so please give us some information about your family/group at time of enquiry or booking.

Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

For Short-Term Renters who wish to utilize the Amenities the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check in.

The primary person will need to provide:
Their reservation information which shows:
The rental property address.
Check in and check out date.
Number of guests.
Identification that matches the reservation name.
License plate information for the primary vehicle.

The guest will then pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee. The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation. They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym.
Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked. After hours check-ins will go to the guard gate. The guard gate will issue car passes and guests will need to visit the clubhouse once reopened to pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee to gain access to the pool the next day.

Slide Rules:
The rider must be at least 48 inches tall. Slide riders must go down slide feet first. No tandem riding. Solterra staff will be checking guests’ height at the front pool gate moving forward.

Overnight Street Parking is allowed in designated parking spaces only, marked with 2 white lines. Only registered guests may park overnight; limit of 5 per house.

VEHICLES PARKED IN VIOLATION OF THE PARKING RULES ARE SUBJECT TO IMMEDIATE TOWING AT THE VEHICLE OWNER’S EXPENSE
