From the minute you walk in the door you will be Wowed!  This is a step above your "normal" vacation home.  

 

Our spacious home is large enough to accommodate a large group, but equally a home from home, it is extremely comfortable for a small group too.
 

Furnished with quality and style throughout, there is a USA king Master Suite and a queen with adjacent shower room on the ground floor.

On the first floor are 2 king ensuite rooms, 1 king room with Jack and Jill ensuite, 1 twin  room with Jack and Jill suite and two twin rooms with adjacent shared bathroom room.

 

The living areas comprise of a Family Room with spacious sitting/tv area and open to the kitchen and dining area, with views over the spacious pool deck with pool and spa and water views. 

Upstairs is a second sitting room, with comfortable sitting area with a poker table and gaming area.  There are traditional board games as well as x-box and large TV.

 

There is a fully  air conditioned games room with foosball, air hockey and slate bed full size pool table for all the family to enjoy.

 

Our large covered pool area offers a large pool, which can be heated on request, and has a spa tub with waterfall feature.

If it gets too warm there is a large covered lanai with fans to keep you cool.

There is plenty of very comfortable seating outside and loungers for you to make the most of the area at any time of day.

The large gas barbeque - included in your rental -  will keep even the most dedicated of cooks happy!

 

Our home is beautifully furnished to a very high standard and our beds extremely comfortable - just what you need after a hard day at the parks - with luxury bedlinen and plenty of towels, inc pool towels.

 

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking up a feast or a snack, there is a cool box and containers if you are taking out a picnic.

 

Babies have their own cot and eating utensils and there is a high chair, baby monitor and stair gates.

Doors to our pool area are alarmed and there is a pool fence if required.

 

Lots of little extras make our home from home special such as Hairdryer in every bathroom, music system in the games room with blue tooth capability, and comprehensive TV channels.

Wifi is fast and secure and Free in our home.

Our wonderful management company, based close by, keeps our home in immaculate condition and are fastidious about cleanliness. Rest assured you wont be disappointed , our home certainly has the wow factor as soon as you enter the door! - as with most of our other guests, we hope you will see that its even better than it looks on the pictures!

 

The fabulous community pool area has a large beach entry pool - heated to 84 degrees all year round. 
It has a lazy river and a dedicated childrens area with slide. 

There are umbrellas and sun loungers, a spa and a covered luxury sitting areas for when the sun gets too warm.
There is a snack bar with fabulous seating area, with cooling fans in the warm weather and fireplace for cooler times. 

There is also a Gym if you have any energy left and also a volley ball court. 

There is also a free play games room with fun for all ages - all this within a few minutes walk of our home and included in your rental rates.

 

The Parks are very easy to reach - our home is only a few minutes off the 192 and about 10-15 minutes to Disney, 25 to SeaWorld and about 30 to Universal depending on traffic.

 

There are two supermarkets within 5 minutes drive, as well as Restaurants and Pizza places - on hwy192 and hwy 27

Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay.. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
