As you enter your home from home, you are greeted by the grand 2-story foyer and the large, open-concept living space complete with a spacious island Kitchen and dining area so everyone can gather comfortably for meals as well as entertainment.

 

Our fully equipped kitchen comes with 2 dishwashers and 2 fridge freezers with water and ice dispensers to cater for even the largest group!  

The large table can seat up to 18 so all the family/friends can gather together. 
But if your group is a small one, don’t worry, our home is very homely and comfortable for smaller groups as well as large. 

You will find plenty of glasses, dishes and even muffin cases if you fancy baking! 
Unbreakable dishes and glasses for our outdoor dining area and a large cooler box for the patio or taking on a trip out. 
It really is a home away from home experience!

 

The luxuriously appointed living area features a large 65” tv with comprehensive entertainment package and comfortable leather sofas. 
 

As you walk out of the living area to a grand, covered lanai and pool with spa, you will find  the outdoor oasis you would expect in your dream vacation home. 

The very large extended deck is one of the largest on the resort!

With amazing south facing open views over conservation and meadows, it is the perfect place for fun and relaxation.  

Our luxury outdoor furniture offers a very comfortable seating area with cooling fans if it get too warm for you, and there are plenty of loungers for the sun worshippers in your party, plus a dining area, a  large gas barbeque and even an outdoor TV!
 

On the ground floor there is a tropical inspired Master king Suite with Master Bath  and  2 Queen guest bedrooms that share a Jack & Jill Shower Room/toilet, with their own private vanity basin area

 

As you head to the second floor you will find a spacious light filled room with a generous seating area and large 65” TV and poker table, This second sitting room offers family and guests plenty of space to enjoy their favourite activities, or simply relax!
 

Then there are super comfy bedrooms - the second Master king Suite with Master Bath/shower, 2 spacious king bedrooms with ensuites with shower, 1 queen ensuite with shower and 2 twins sharing a bath with tub, to complete the second floor and providing guests with a very restful sleep after a day of fun in the Florida sun!
 

All our Bedrooms feature very comfortable pillow top beds, with luxury linens and their own TV -  bathrooms have lots of fluffy white towels and a hairdryer

 

Last, but certainly not least is the ground floor fully air conditioned Games Room, featuring pool, air hockey and foosball, with sound system, gaming area with X-Box – you really won’t want to leave!

 

Your rental includes free secure wifi, USA/Canada calls and a phone card for UK guests to call home.
 

For the little ones we have 2 baby cribs and high chairs (3rd available) and stair gates.  All doors to our pool area are alarmed and a pool fence is available on request.
 

Our pool and spa can be heated - extra charge - please ask if you would like this added to your booking.

 

Your rental also includes use of the fabulous Solterra community facilities

The fabulous community pool area has a large beach entry heated pool, with slide, there are cabanas and sun loungers, a spa and a covered luxury sitting area for when the sun gets too warm. 

There is an outdoor kitchen and inside the club house you will find a TV, more luxury seating and refreshment area -a Tiki Bar and Lazy River! 

There is also a Gym if you have any energy left and also tennis court, volley ball, childrens play area and soccer field. 
All this within a few minutes walk of our home.

 

The Parks are very easy to reach - our home is only a few mintues off the I4 and from there its about 15 minutes to Disney, 25 to SeaWorld and about 30 to Universal depending on traffic. 

There is also a quiet way avoiding the I4 to and from the 192 - and the quick back way to Disney - up Lake Wilson Road.

 

There are two supermarkets within 5 minutes drive, as well as Restaurants and Pizza places, at Reunion crossroads and Champions Gate - New Restaurants at Champions Gate are a great addition to the area.

For Short-Term Renters who wish to utilize the Amenities the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check in.

The primary person will need to provide:
Their reservation information which shows:
The rental property address.
Check in and check out date.
Number of guests.
Identification that matches the reservation name.
License plate information for the primary vehicle.

The guest will then pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee. The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation. They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym.
Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked. After hours check-ins will go to the guard gate. The guard gate will issue car passes and guests will need to visit the clubhouse once reopened to pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee to gain access to the pool the next day.

Slide Rules:
The rider must be at least 48 inches tall. Slide riders must go down slide feet first. No tandem riding. Solterra staff will be checking guests’ height at the front pool gate moving forward.

Towing
Towing Is Strictly Enforced

Overnight Street Parking is allowed in designated parking spaces only, marked with 2 white lines. Only registered guests may park overnight; limit of 5 per house.

VEHICLES PARKED IN VIOLATION OF THE PARKING RULES ARE SUBJECT TO IMMEDIATE TOWING AT THE VEHICLE OWNER’S EXPENSE

Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay.. Please confirm at point of reservation
