Description
We would love to welcome your stay in our beautifully furnished 4 bed, 4 bath home with over 2700sq.ft of living space in the highly desirable Shire at West Haven Community.
This property is tastefully decorated with the added attraction that it has no rear neighbors so that you can enjoy some privacy relaxing by the pool or on the 2nd floor balcony.
On the first floor you'll find the Formal Living and Dining Room and a twin bedroom and bathroom. A fully equipped and furnished, spacious kitchen with bar and breakfast nook also a laundry room.
The Family Room overlooks the private, covered and screen enclosed patio with resort style, heated pool and spa (additional fees apply for pool heat).
The 2nd floor features a King Grand Master Suite with balcony and luxurious en suite bathroom, a 2nd King Master with en-suite bathroom, office space and the Twin 4th bedroom and bathroom.
There is the bonus of a Games Room in the garage
This property is located in an ideal location next door to the world renowned Championsgate.
It is also convenient to drive to the major highways and within easy driving distance of Disney, Universal, Shopping, Restaurants and more
This Gated community also features a clubhouse with fitness facility as well as a community pool, spa, tennis courts, playground and volleyball.
Please note:
This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* Pool heat and spa heat can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes
* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay.. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
* Early check in and late check out may be available upon request. Fees may apply.

Big spacious house - We loved it

We loved our stay. The hot tub and heated pool were a hit. The high ceilings and arched doorways and big rooms seemed luxurious. The primary and secondary suites were larger than I expected from the pictures, with giant opulent bathrooms and very large closets. Everybody said the beds were quite comfortable. We appreciated the extra blankets, sheets, and pillows, and the large wash machine. The screened-in patio was large, pleasant and well-equipped with furniture. Great landscaping. The whole neighborhood always looked tidy. Good for walks. Great nearby bars/groceries/businesses we walked/rode/drove to many. (Best of British Pub, Beef O'Brady's, 1845 Tap House, Davenport Diner, Miller's Ale House, Publix, Supercuts, First Watch) The kitchen was equipped with most everything we needed. We added/donated 22 glasses, a very large heavy pan with glass lid, two big spatulas, and a container for recycling. We wished we had a second fridge. Current fridge is missing shelves and has a light problem, but can work as 2nd fridge in the garage if it is replaced. I wish the showers had handheld sprayers to keep them tidy. Was surprised no outdoor grill. The wifi was fast and rock solid, we never had a problem. The property managers were excellent. They were responsive, helpful and friendly. Overall, the experience was everything I had hoped and a bit more. I wrote a much longer, more detailed review, but this page limits the number of characters in the feedback.

We were more than happy with our stay in this beautiful home. We had no issues with gaining entry to the gated community or to the house its self. The house was immaculate. We loved that all the lamps & ceiling fans were on for us when we arrived even though it was still daylight. The tv was on & playing Disney music & showing all the info for the parks. We thought these little things were a lovely touch on arrival. We loved the balcony off the master bedroom. The pool was nice & quite secluded with no houses at the back to look onto. There were shops etc just a short drive away & it didnt long to drive to the theme parks or shopping malls. We would definitely recommend this home & we would definitely book it again in the future.

We absolutely loved this rental, we stayed from Saturday-Thursday in July. It was close to Orlando, theme parks, and a ton of shops, we loved the close proximity to everything! Only thing to know before you go is to bring toilet paper. There is 1 roll per bathroom so we needed a small 4 pack to get us through the week. Small price to pay for a wonderful stay!

5 Stars. The house corresponds to the description in the advertisement and is great to the various Disney parks. Good shopping facilities (Publix) and some restaurants for the different needs (including vegan food) are in the immediate vicinity (approx. 6-10 minutes by car).

We loved our stay! The house is bigger than you can tell in the pictures. We loved the pool and all of the space. It was well equipped and we enjoy the Champions Gate area because its a safe area and has a Publix and great restaurants so close by. And if you want to do Disney, it is close by and you are in proximity to the main highways. Thanks for the kindness of the owners, they were great to work with!
