We have 2 king size en-suite bedrooms. One upstairs & one downstairs

One Mickey themed bedroom with a bunk bed. (single & full-size bed) & one Minion themed full-size bedroom. These 2 rooms share a bathroom.

We have a fun game room, upstairs with an arcade game & free secured WIFI throughout the house.

Fully equipped kitchen with all you need to cook a dinner at home.

Fridge, freezer, icemaker, microwave, oven/cooker, washing machine and dryer are also in the villa for you to use.  BBQ grill seen in photos is available for an additional fee.  Please ask for details. 

Villa boasts a private pool for those hot days and a fire pit for those cool nights. Amenity Center has kids water park, community pool, beach volleyball, mini golf & fitness center. All free for you to use.  Pool heat can be added for an additional fee.

Approximately 15 minutes from Disney World.  Located in the exclusive Champions Gate community with grocery stores, restaurants & golf courses in close proximity.  Outlet Mall is nearby too.

Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.
