While we provide a starting point with essentials like toilet paper, toiletries, refreshing water, coffee, tea, trash bags, and soap upon arrival, we kindly ask that you equip yourself with additional toiletries and cleaning supplies during your stay. Should you wish for a hassle-free experience, our Starter Kit, available for purchase at our office, offers a selection of these supplies. To ensure a harmonious experience for all, we ask that guests be 21 years of age or older to book. We've cultivated an environment that's smoke-free and dedicated to tranquility—therefore, parties and pets are not permitted.

As you plan your stay, keep in mind that optional extras can enhance your experience. You have the choice to add pool heating to your booking, providing warmth and comfort at $15 per night plus taxes. Additionally, a refundable security deposit of $259 may be required, with $59 serving as insurance against accidental damage and $200 returnable deposit upon departure, pending the condition of the property. For your convenience, we offer extras like BBQ rentals and welcome packs at a nominal fee. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to applicable fees and availability.

Please note:

This property is semi-self service -meaning the guest will need to provide most of their their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival there will be a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
