Our bright and spacious home boasts 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, a private pool with spa (can be heated), game room, and theater room. This beautifully appointed villa offers a feeling of luxury in a home away from home.
Located in the gated Solterra Resort with 24 hour security gate. Soterra Resort offers top of the line amenities that include a resort pool with a waterslide, lazy river, on-site cafe, tennis courts, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
The Disney gates are 15 minutes away and Universal is a 25-minute drive. Shopping and world-class golf are all within 10 minutes. Escape from the summer heat and relax and unwind in the cool and tastefully decorated living spaces. Lounge by the pool after a day at the parks and take a refreshing dip in the beautiful pool or simply de-stress in the spa.
Our home offers the following features and amenities:
LIVING AREA
The front of the house boasts a combination poker/game table area along with a living area complete sofas and additional seating. This area is perfect for relaxing as the bonus living area comes with a lage smart TV.
KITCHEN, DINING & LIVING AREA
Our open floor plan family area allows you to cook and entertain simultaneously.
Our kitchen has an island for prepping as well as a breakfast bar with high-top seating.
The formal dining area allows for up to 8 to sit together and enjoy meals.
A large seating area with 2 couches and TV round out this living area.
GAME ROOM
Our air conditioned game room features a pool table, air hockey table, foosball table and arcade games.
THEATRE ROOM
Upstairs you will find a 75” Smart TV with wrap around couch to watch all your favorite movies and shows.
BEDS & BATHS
Your rental accommodates 14 guests in six bedrooms.
The main floor features a master bedroom with King size bed and a full bathroom with stand up shower in the shared hallway.
The upstairs features 5 ensuite bedrooms,
Primary suite, complete with a king bed, smart TV, and a lavish en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, garden soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.
The 3rd guest suite features a queen bed, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination
The 4th guest suite features a queen bed, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The 5th guest suite features 2 full size bunk beds, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination
The 6th guest suite features 1 full size bunk bed, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination and walk in closet.
There is an additonal half bath on the first floor for your convenience.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES
The property features a private screened lanai with a pool and water fall spa (can be heated), lounge seating, and dining area.
THINGS OF NOTE
This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use.
Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

Pool heat can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes
You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $3000 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay. Please confirm at point of reservation.
Extras such as BBQ hire, welcome kits, sundries kits, etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
Early check in and late check out may be available upon request. Fees may apply.
As car technology is evolving, some guest or rental cars may be electric cars.
If you need to charge your car using the villa electricity, this will incur an additional surcharge as the cost of electricity over the world is increasing. If you need to charge an electric vehicle, please let us know and we will let you know the additional cost. Or if electric vehicle charging is permissible at the property you are renting.

For Short-Term Renters who wish to utilize the Amenities the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee will be charged at the clubhouse front desk when guests check in.
The primary person will need to provide:
Their reservation information which shows:
The rental property address.
Check in and check out date.
Number of guests.
Identification that matches the reservation name.
License plate information for the primary vehicle.
The guest will then pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee. The fee will be charged via Square with a credit or debit card only. No cash will be accepted. It is a one-time fee per house per reservation. They will be issued a Resort Access Card (2 cards max will be issued per party) to show the front gate of the pool at each entry, they will also be issued the 4-digit code for the month that will allow access to the gym.
Guests will need to have this card in their possession on the pool deck as well for staff to verify if asked. After hours check-ins will go to the guard gate. The guard gate will issue car passes and guests will need to visit the clubhouse once reopened to pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee to gain access to the pool the next day.

Facility Rules Reminders
Slide Rules:
The rider must be at least 48 inches tall. Slide riders must go down slide feet first. No tandem riding. Solterra staff will be checking guests’ height at the front pool gate moving forward.

*Lazy River and Slide hours will change based on seasons. November 5, 2023 - March 10, 2024 both the Lazy River and Slide will close at 6 p.m.
Towing
Towing Is Strictly Enforced
Overnight Street Parking is allowed in designated parking spaces only, marked with 2 white lines. Only registered guests may park overnight; limit of 5 per house.
VEHICLES PARKED IN VIOLATION OF THE PARKING RULES ARE SUBJECT TO IMMEDIATE TOWING AT THE VEHICLE OWNER’S EXPENSE
