Our home is a beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom pool home with conservation views and no rear neighbours, situated at Watersong Resort, Davenport. 

The home is an elegantly designed and beautifully decorated 5-bedroom vacation home with enough space to accommodate a large family.

Furnished for comfort it offers three separate living spaces and a modern kitchen which is perfect for cooking up culinary delights.

The large pool deck overlooks stunning conservation where you can soak up the sun and appreciate the Florida sunsets.

The home is a large 5 bedroom home over two floors and 2800 sq ft of floor area. 
There are three spacious living areas which gives plenty of room for everyone to spread out.

You will find the house well equipped with most things that you will need for your vacation. 

It is, however self-catering accommodation, so you will need to purchase consumables.

On arrival you will find the beds all made and the bathrooms prepared with soap and toilet rolls. 

There are plenty of white towels for the bathrooms and darker towels for the pool.
Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, a large fridge freezer, a microwave oven, dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker (uses ground coffee) and a toaster. 
There is plenty of storage and plenty of equipment to cook with. 

There is a breakfast bar with 4 stools overlooking the pool deck.

The Den 
There is a comfortable and informal sitting area next to the kitchen with a large flat screen TV with many cable channels. 

There is plenty for everyone on TV, even live premiership football!

There is a large 3 or even 4 seater sofa with a 2 seater sofa and an oversized chair so that the whole group can gather together in one place.

Dining Room
The formal dining area has a round table and you will probably find it set with 5 dining chairs. 
A sixth chair can be found in the master bedroom.

Formal Lounge
A quiet and comfortable lounge can be found at the front of the property. 
This is popular among our family, for quieter moments or reading.

Utility Room
There is a large washing machine and a tumble drier available for your use. 
There is an airer if you prefer to dry the washing outside.

Games Room
In the games room you will find table tennis, fussball and pool tables. 

There is a high chair and small buggy here to if you need it.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has a king-size bed (American king size!), a large walk in wardrobe and a flat screen TV.  In the wardrobe there is a floor mounted safe that operates with a key.

The en-suite bathroom has a twin sink, bath and a separate shower.

Loft
The loft is great place to relax with the oversized leather swivel chairs. 
You can watch TV, play computer games or use the Nintendo Wii.

Bedroom 2
This is the second master suite with a King size bed, flat screen TV and a walk in wardrobe.  The en-suite has a bath with a shower over.

Bedroom 3
This is a twin bedroom with a built in wardrobe and a flat screen TV.

Bedroom 4
This is a double bedroom with a large wardrobe and a flat-screen TV.  The en-suite has a bath with a shower over.

Bedroom 5
This is a twin bedroom with Mickey Mouse bed covers.  There is a built in wardrobe and a flat screen TV

There is a child’s travel cot located in the wardrobe of one the bedrooms.

Pool Deck
The large pool deck is well furnished with a table and six chairs and another table with 4 chairs. 
here are four sunbeds and two further reclining chairs with ottomans.
You will have ample comfortable seating for all of your party.

WATERSONG RESORT
Watersong is a gated resort set in 46 acres of beautiful conservation.  The homes are sensitively designed to give each property open views to the rear.  There is a 6700sq ft clubhouse with a gym and a large resort style pool with a large hot tub.
There is also a volley ball court and childrens play area.

Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* Pool heat (and spa heat IF property has a spa) can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes 
* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay.. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
