Master bedroom downstairs has a king sized bed and a large ensuite bathroom attached with a separate tub and shower. Also downstairs we have Queen bedroom with a bathroom close by. Upstairs there are 3 more good sized bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom. They are 2 more Queen bedrooms and a Twin bedroom.
Lake Berkley
Located in a prime area for visitors, Lake Berkley resort is built around 3 lakes, resort clubhouse with heated pool and jacuzzi with extra large deck equipped with loungers games room and fitness room, tennis and basketball courts.
Gorgeous tropical landscaping abounds making this community a real vacation appeal. Visitors can also enjoy a sandy beach area at Lake Berkley.
Kissimmee
Only 10 miles from Disney World, Kissimmee is an established residential community at the doorstep of one of Florida's most beloved attractions. While proximity to Disney is a perk, residents enjoy the area's scenic parks, locally-owned businesses and community events.

Lake Berkley, a highly recommended, gated Kissimmee community, close to Disney World, was completed in 2002. Our rental villas here range in size from 3 to 6 bedrooms and many have a south or west-facing private pool and spa, games rooms and beautiful lake views.
