Welcome to our 4 bed/3 bath luxury home in Highlands Reserve Golf Community. It boasts an award winning golf course, although our villa can be enjoyed by couples and families who are not golfers, but who enjoy beautiful surroundings in a quiet community, close to great amenities, shops and restaurants. The villa is close to the Disney theme parks, the Universal Parks and shopping outlets are also within easy reach. The villa has top quality furnishings and has everything you will need to enjoy your vacation as soon as you arrive. It has a homely feel and amazing sunsets for you to enjoy. Lounge, dining, kitchen


We have a very spacious and bright open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room with open aspect to the pool deck. The comfortable lounge area has a large corner sofa and a 75” smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with top quality appliances and everything you would need for your stay, it includes a coffee dock with a Keurig machine and a large capacity airfryer. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and seats 8 people comfortably.

There is a utility/laundry room off the kitchen with large capacity Samsung washer and separate dryer.

Primary Master Suite

The primary master has a US King/UK Superking bed, a 43” smart TV and plenty of storage, including a walk-in closet. It has a large en-suite with a walk-in shower, double vanity sinks, plenty of storage space and a separate WC. There are a selection of towels and a hairdryer.

The 2nd Master Suite

This room has a US King/UK Superking bed, a 43” smart TV and a large walk-in closet. It has an en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower and a single vanity with storage. There are a selection of towels and a hairdryer.

Third Bedroom

This bright bedroom is at the front of the villa and has a US Queen/UK King bed, a 40” smart TV and a large closet. It has an office space that can be used with your own electronic devise to have online meetings.

Disney Twin Room

The Disney themed room has twin beds, a 40” smart TV, a large closet and plenty of storage. The beds are sturdy and comfortable and are suitable for adults, as well as your little ones.

Third Bathroom

This bathroom is located between the 3rd bedroom and the Disney room, it has a bath/shower and a single vanity with storage. This bathroom also has a selection of towels and a hairdryer.

Pool/spa

There is a large rear SW pool deck with a range of seating to relax and enjoy a book or a coffee at any time of the day. It has a dining table and chairs and a ceiling fan to keep you cool. The pool has an amazing view over a conservation area, with no rear neighbours. There are comfortable sun loungers and we provide the pool towels. The pool and spa can be heated as an optional extra.

Gamesroom

The gamesroom has a pool table and a high table a chairs for you to enjoy some downtime from the theme parks in the evenings.
