I definitely give your villa 5 stars, the kids give it a massive 1,000 stars. We had the most amazing time, I loved the photos of the villa on your website but they dont do it justice, it is so spacious and that sofa is enormous and the beds are huge and the pool is stunning. The kids loved their bedroom and own bathroom, they chose the bunk room but my favourite was turtle room. We couldnt get them out of the games room in the morning to go to Disney, they loved the Disney and Marvel character figures to play with and the quiz cards were fun for us all at night, and like a big kid hubby loved the arcade games and beating me at darts. The pool is awesome, so private and gorgeous and relaxing view! You said it was all day sun and even in November we had lots of warm days and you were right, sun on the pool all day. Im so glad we had it heated, it was nice to just walk in without having to ease myself in inch by inch, it was a nice temperature, not like a bath but warm enough to swim and play. The kids were fascinated watching the wild turkeys take their daily stroll and we all saw deer and what looked like a wolf. We got to the Disney parks in less than 20 minutes and Universal about 40 minutes, it was really easy to get everywhere. We used the local Publix, Chinese, Pizza and i Hop most days, we did walk it once from the villa which took about 10 mins but mostly we called in on way back from the parks. We will definitely be going again. I keep showing family and friends photos of your gorgeous villa and my sister wants to go now! Thanks so much Andrea, Simon, Noah and Oliver

5/5 Great stay! Great rental and well furnished. Everything was spotless! So glad we paid extra for the pool and hot tub to be heated as our weather was quite cool. We would definitely stay again if ever back to the area

Great home in a great location. Had an issue with temperature but management responded swiftly and fixed the problem. Home was well-kept and the location was conveniently located. I would definitely recommend it.

Lovely villa within a gated community housing a gym & swimming pool. The photos dont really do it justice. The main hallway, kitchen & lounge area is much bigger than shown. Very clean & modern. Cannot fault this delightful villa at all. Very well equipped with plenty of towels, bedding, kitchen utensils etc. Huge TV in lounge plus Tvs in all bedrooms. Great games room with pool table, dart board etc which we used every night! Beautiful pool and jacuzzi overlooking a small lake. Management & owner very obliging and helpful giving immediate response to any queries. Would not hesitate to recommend and would 100% book this exceptional Villa again. House was located in a very nice area and close to parks. The house has a nice layout, games room needed some supplies which were delivered the next morning.

We stayed in Clermont Florida the week of December 22-December 31st, 2023. This 6 Bedroom villa with private pool was beautiful! Very clean, spacious, great location, and perfect for our family of 20. The condo sleeps 12 (Our daughter and son in law live close so they traveled back and forth). We were also centrally located to get to Downtown Disney, and went to Snowcat ridge tubing and ice skating.. The charm of Clermont makes you feel like your in a Hallmark movie. We also experienced the snowfall in Celebrations. The condo was well equipped with all our needs, the game room also came in handy for the grandkids. Pool is a great size, we heated it and even with cooler temperatures the kids swam everyday. We have 11 grandkids ranging from 20 to 2 years old and the kids had a blast. Fantastic location for a multifamily Christmas getaway. Close enough to Disney but still nice and quiet. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, with plenty of plates, pans and silverware. There was even a Christmas tree which we werent expecting at all! The only two negative points I would make are that the community pool wasnt heated, and that the driveway wasnt really big enough for three cars. If you really want to swim in the colder months then I suggest getting the villa pool heated. Other than that it was lovely. Reviewer location - Washington DC

The house is really very clean and really well located. It is nicely decorated. There is really everything you need in terms of equipment and a large number (dishes, towels, etc.) The view is very beautiful. We booked it in December and took the pool heating. The water was really good, it was perfect. Dawn is really available and that is very appreciable! Recommended +++

5 Star We really enjoyed staying at this house. The neighborhood is so quiet. The location is away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for a short drive to Disney. The townhouse/condo lived huge and was in good shape. It definitely had enough room for our family. The property manager was always quick to respond with any questions I had leading upto our stay and the check in went smooth. Overall, it was a great unit and a great location! Thanks again!!!

We loved our week long stay at this property. We have stayed in several different homes in Terra Verde. This by far was the best stocked kitchen. It had cookie sheets , crock pot , wine glasses , all sizes pots and pans. It was great. The main Master mattress was AMAZING. The air worked perfect but for those who love fans ( me ) they had one in each bedroom. Living room furniture looked new so not dirty or dingy. We would 100% stay here again. Its close to the tennis courts which was a huge bonus for our teen. The clubhouse pool is always a favorite and well maintained.
