Vizcay is a small, quiet and quaint community, built in 2006 with 70 privately owned villas surrounded by conservation in a peaceful location. Disney theme parks can be reached in 15 minutes and Universal Studios, SeaWorld and International Drive can be reached in 25 minutes.

There are no additional community facilities on Vizcay.

Vizcay is in Davenport just off the US27. Just under 10 miles south of the US192 and 1 mile past Posner Park outdoor shopping mall on the left. Approximate driving times to some of Floridas most popular attractions: Animal Kingdom 15 - 20 Minutes Magic Kingdom 20 - 25 Minutes Epcot 15 - 20 Minutes Hollywood Studios 20 - 25 Minutes Universal (including Volcano Bay) 25 - 30 Minutes SeaWorld 20 - 25 Minutes Discovery Cove 20 - 25 Minutes The US192 is where you will also find Orlandos newest water park, Island H2o Live! which is just 15 - 20 Minutes away and Kissimmee Old Town, with its Fun Spot attractions at just a 15 - 20 Minutes drive from here. Attractions on International Drive, including Ripleys, Wonderworks and Fun Spot America amusement park can be reached in about 25 - 30 Minutes. The I-4 highway is nearby, meaning Busch Gardens is 55 - 60 Minutes away driving east towards Tampa and Kennedy Space Center is 65 - 70 Minutes away to the west. Floridas award-winning beaches, including Clearwater, Cocoa, Daytona and Siesta Key, can all be reached in as little as 90 - 95 Minutes from here. How far is Vizcay from the airport? The nearest airport is Orlando International which is 35 - 40 Minutes away, Tampa International is 60 - 65 Minutes away and Melbourne International is 90 - 95 Minutes from here. Miami International Airport, another option for guests to fly into is 220 - 225 Minutes away. Nearest shops to Vizcay Vizcay is on the US27, a couple of miles north of a Pubix supermarket. Posner Park is a about a mile north of here and has a range of shops including a Best Buy, Target and JC Penney. If it is big brand names you want then head to Premium Outlets on Vineland Avenue (Exit 68 on the I-4), this is about 20 minutes away. Vizcay is less than 10 minutes away from the restaurant and fast food options at ChampionsGate Village. There is also a Miller's Ale House a mile or so away at Posner Park which offers family meals and lots of sport on the TVs! Nearest golf courses to Vizcay Central Florida is renowned for its number of golf courses, both public and private, to suit all styles and abilities so you can be sure that whichever community you stay on, there will always be a golf course nearby. Ridgewood Lakes is just a few miles south of here, with Southern Dunes a little further away and Highlands Reserve is a 10-15 minute drive up the US27.
