A fully screened private swimming pool with patio loungers and furniture to ensure our guests can relax and take full advantage of the Florida sunshine.  Pool door alarms are included for child safety.  

Pool heat can be added to your stay for an additional fee.  Home abuts cul-de-sac - so no rear neighbors behind you.  
Free parking on premises - 2 cars can park in the driveway.
 
Please note this is a self-catering villa. We start you off with a roll of toilet paper & a small soap in each bathroom. Also, a bin liner in each bin. After that guests purchase their own. Any cleaning supplies left by previous guests will be there for you to use.  No parties/events, smoking nor pets please.
 
Smart home with top-of-the-line security system and door code entry.  Pre-programmed codes for self-check-in with keypad.  Check in after 4pm, Check out 10am.

* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay.. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
