The house is just as we saw on the site. I found it very practical and well-equipped. I really like the condominium where it is located. My son studies high school in MontVerde and despite the distance. I thought it was the best cost and benefit.

We had a lovely stay at the villa, which is in a beautiful position. The pictures advertised were a true representation of the villa and it exceeded our expectations. We did encounter an issue with the pool alarm when we first arrived, but the management company was extremely helpful, and it was resolved promptly. The only small downside was that the safe wasnt working and was locked, so we were unable to use it. However, this didnt affect our overall experience. We would highly recommend this villa and would love to visit Orlando again in the future.

We had a fabulous stay! The house was in perfect condition, even after just having a hurricane go through! It was perfectly cleaned and appointed with some amazing wow touches! The host was so friendly and responsive to every need. The pool was extra great! The beds were comfortable. Plenty of space inside and out! We cooked to save money, and the kitchen had everything we needed. I highly recommend and definitely would stay again!

The villa was excellent, absolutely wonderful. The management company came to visit us before the hurricane and offered guidance and assistance which was great.

Overall rating 5* First time staying at this villa in The Abbey at West Haven, having stayed in numerous other villas on this development in the past. This villa was beautifully decorated and very spacious, and included everything a couple or family would need for a wonderful Central Florida vacation. The south facing private pool and spa was very refreshing in the hot climate and had plenty of space for sunbathing etc. Disney World is 20 minutes drive away, and there are numerous dining/shopping outlets a mere 5/10 minutes away in the Championgate area.

Had a fabulous time staying in Tonis villa. Everything was perfect. Tuscan hills gated community gives that bit extra security. Had some great chill days by the pool and kids loved a game of pool. Close to local shops and not to far away from the parks too. Just right. Villa was lovely and clean and fitted all our needs. Perfect for the 6 of us. And for the owners. Couldnt be more helpful. Always in touch if there was anything we needed due to the bad weather. To sum it up in one word. Terrific. Oh and yes. We will be back.

We were extremely impressed with this beautiful home, from the moment we arrived, it actually felt like our home. The Villa was immaculately cleaned, above and beyond hotel standard, which is no mean feat, as we were a late booking and the management company only had a few hours to get the place ready. The home is situated in a gated secure community, which is ideally located for all the parks, supermarkets, restaurants etc, whilst remaining a peaceful place of tranquility. Sunset Dreams had everything we needed, the two master suites are spacious, with huge comfortable beds, en-suites bathrooms, and one with a great walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms have been set up to accommodate young children or teens with two single comfy beds in both, and artwork drawn by the owners, which is a lovely touch, and share a bathroom. All bedrooms have their own flat screen TVs and cable boxes, so no arguments over the remote! The social spaces are opened planned, with a kitchen diner, with all modern appliances, dining table and lovely living space with the biggest TV I've ever seen!, again with loads of channels to watch, if you get a chance, unlike us, as most of our free time was spent in the oversized pool. The pool is excellent, with plenty of external lighting, waterfall and conservation views. The pool is one of the best I've seen, which we absolutely loved, and great to relax in after a hot day at the parks. The house is fully air-conditioned, and each room has ceiling fans for those that need that blast of cool air. The games room was a lovely touch, so much thought has gone into making this fantastic space a home from home!. Finally, Ian and Mandy, were the best hosts ever!, always at hand, as well as the management company, we had a small issue, we contacted the management company for advice, and they were at the door within 15 minutes and sorted our issue straightaway. I couldn't have asked for a better service, or host. You will certainly have a first class experience, at this sensational Villa, I've been coming to Orlando for over 20yrs and I have to say, this is the best all round Villa, that I've been fortunate to stay in, and I will definitely, stay here again.

5 Stars. This is not the first time that I stay at this home and it will not be the last. I love this. home, its in a perfect location and its perfect in size. The pool area is perfect, peaceful, clean, spacious and the view just tops it. Susan Clancy is excellent, any questions any concerns she is on point. She communicates with you from start to finish. I can't wait to rent this home again. My family and I love it.

5/5 Perfect family house Lovely spacious house. Highlands reserve is really well located and we have stayed there several times. However, this is nicest property we have stayed in. The pool, two separate lounge areas, games room and cinema room are all perfect for a family holiday. My daughter was very sad we had to leave!

Perfect In Everyway - 5 stars. We recently stayed at Reflections Villa and couldn't have been more pleased. This spacious, well-appointed villa was perfect for our family of four. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the open-plan living area made it easy for us all to relax together. The games room was amazing as well and the kids thoroughly enjoyed this. The highlight was definitely the private pool with its stunning viewsperfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine. The villa's location was ideal, offering peace and quiet while still being close to all the attractions. We highly recommend Reflections Villa for a relaxing and memorable family holiday.

I recently spent three weeks at this wonderful villa, and it exceeded all my expectations. The villa was impeccably clean and had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The villa was incredibly relaxing after a long day at the parks, with large rooms and a lovely pool. Having mobility issues, I found having everything on one level and no stairs perfect for me. Tuscan Hills was a very safe, quiet area and I would definitely recommend Toni's Villa to anyone looking for a villa for their Orlando holiday.

5/5 Beautiful villa in a brilliant settingThis is easily the best villa we have stayed in, beautifully furnished and maintained and such a calm space to relax in. Have stayed in this neighbourhood before so we knew the area and amenities and liked the quietness but we had never seen so much wildlife, all very peaceful and tame. The villa itself is very well appointed and looked after. We had one very small issue and despite there being a storm, David the property manager was very prompt, friendly and efficient. Plenty of space for two families here and a great pool and deck for relaxing on. Cannot fault the villa, the listing or the property managers, this was an amazing stay. Would thoroughly recommend and will return!
