My family and I stayed in this villa for 2 weeks. Its an absolutely gorgeous house with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It looks exactly like the photos with beautiful professional decor. Perfect view of the golf course. Excellent location for travelling to all of Orlandos attractions and the Highlands reserve is a peaceful, well maintained community. Berry Town Centre is a short distance away for anything you need. Excellent communication from Homes of America. 1st timers on Air BnB we were not sure what to expect however the guidance provided by Homes of America was fantastic. I wouldnt hesitate in booking this villa or with this host again in the future. Excellent experience all round! Thank you

Fabulous Villa Really beautiful, spacious and modern villa. Had everything you needed. Really lovely outlook over the lake. We had the pool heated which was lovely with a heated hot tub. Good location. Loved our stay here.

The house was lovely and beautifully presented. We all enjoyed the inside space and the lovely covered patio and private pool area were a big hit with everyone. Our younger two grandchildren loved the Toy Story themed bedroom and all the other 3 bedrooms were spacious and well appointed, particularly the very generous master bedroom. The games room in the garage was also a big hit with Parents and children alike. Although only a 15 to 20 minute drive from the main Disney parks and 5 minutes from several big supermarkets (Publix and Walmart) the house sits in a nice gated community that has the feel of being in the country. This was most noticeable on the drive to the house from Highway 192 and also that the house and pool back onto woodland giving both a degree of privacy and a pleasant outlook. Overall the house and location were perfect for our holiday and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others for their holiday.

This home was perfect for my family and I to stay in while visiting Florida! Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed to make it feel like home during our vacation. We spent hours in the pool, it was close to the theme parks and such a peaceful and secure neighborhood to return to at the end of a long day. We had a little issue with the front door lock one day that was resolved within minutes by reaching out to the property manager and rental company. They were both very helpful, responsive and easy to get a hold of. We would recommend and return to this rental! :)" Thank you for all your help, rental follow ups and clear instructions. It made our stay easy! Susan was great to communicate with and very responsive!

We loved this property! The house is beautifully decorated while still feeling comfortable. The bedrooms were a great size and we loved that there were 2 masters since we traveled with friends. I don't think the kids left the pool the entire week! Communication with the owner was amazing. I had to call about 1 thing that was completely out of his control and he responded immediately and was so kind. If we have to go back to Orlando again I would definitely rebook this property!

Now we are finally back home, I just wanted to send a quick email to say thank you for all your help and speedy responses. It really gave us a lot of confidence and we will not hesitate to use your company again. The villa is in a wonderful location and has some very nice modern touches. We had a great time and will definitely look at returning in the future.

This place was amazing, it was just as listed, even more beautiful in person! The host was responsive and thorough with check in-check out details. I loved how secure it was (inside a gated community). The kids loved the game room. Traveling as a family we appreciated the space this place had to offer, the amenities that were available, and overall the hospitality! We look forward to booking again next year when we come back for vacation!

Great family house. 5 Stars. Good size pool and Lanai. Awesome kitchen and sleeping arrangements were perfect. Great place for little kids too. There's a nice size family room that's right off the kitchen. I would definitely recommend staying here. Side note, people complaining about the AC are ridiculous. During my stay it was heat index of 110... AC kept up just fine.

We enjoy the house and the next time we come back I pray we get the same home owner or someone like her. Thank you for a beautiful home. My whole family had a beautiful time and we weren't ready to go. We will do this all over again.
