Lovely villa within a gated community housing a gym & swimming pool. The photos dont really do it justice. The main hallway, kitchen & lounge area is much bigger than shown. Very clean & modern. Cannot fault this delightful villa at all. Very well equipped with plenty of towels, bedding, kitchen utensils etc. Huge TV in lounge plus Tvs in all bedrooms. Great games room with pool table, dart board etc which we used every night! Beautiful pool and jacuzzi overlooking a small lake. Management & owner very obliging and helpful giving immediate response to any queries. Would not hesitate to recommend and would 100% book this exceptional Villa again. A beautiful and modern home from home. Exactly as described with everything needed for a fabulous stay. Immaculate and difficult to fault. Felt extra safe within a gated community. The most enjoyable stay we've had over the 10 plus years of visiting Florida. 5 Stars. Would stay again.

House was located in a very nice area and close to parks. The house has a nice layout, games room needed some supplies which were delivered the next morning.

Fantastic location for a multifamily Christmas getaway. Close enough to Disney but still nice and quiet. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, with plenty of plates, pans and silverware. There was even a Christmas tree which we werent expecting at all! The only two negative points I would make are that the community pool wasnt heated, and that the driveway wasnt really big enough for three cars. If you really want to swim in the colder months then I suggest getting the villa pool heated. Other than that it was lovely. Reviewer location - Washington DC

We stayed in Clermont Florida the week of December 22-December 31st, 2023. This 6 Bedroom villa with private pool was beautiful! Very clean, spacious, great location, and perfect for our family of 20. The condo sleeps 12 (Our daughter and son in law live close so they traveled back and forth). We were also centrally located to get to Downtown Disney, and went to Snowcat ridge tubing and ice skating.. The charm of Clermont makes you feel like your in a Hallmark movie. We also experienced the snowfall in Celebrations. The condo was well equipped with all our needs, the game room also came in handy for the grandkids. Pool is a great size, we heated it and even with cooler temperatures the kids swam everyday. We have 11 grandkids ranging from 20 to 2 years old and the kids had a blast. The house is really very clean and really well located. It is nicely decorated. There is really everything you need in terms of equipment and a large number (dishes, towels, etc.) The view is very beautiful. We booked it in December and took the pool heating. The water was really good, it was perfect. Dawn is really available and that is very appreciable! Recommended +++

5 Star We really enjoyed staying at this house. The neighborhood is so quiet. The location is away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for a short drive to Disney. Love the Villa!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is decorated and furnished to a high standard and well equipped for all our needs. Its in a fantastic location in a very nice community, and close to all main attractions of Orlando. We really enjoyed the pool heated to a lovely temperature.

Had a lovely time in this villa, close to shops and amenities. Great location and villa home. Excellent hosts to deal with, always responding promptly and nothing too much trouble. The pool was nice and clean with all day sunshine. Two master bedrooms with en suite. We love White Haven and first time in the Sanctuary, easy to find and enter. Champions Gate is only a 20 min walk or 5/10 mins by car. Deirdre goes that extra to ensure her guests feel home from home. Cant wait to go back.
