Our stunning 4 bedroomed villa can be found on the gated community of Highgate Park, less than 20 minutes from Walt Disney World.

You will not be disappointed with our home - modern furniture and fittings and immaculately decorated throughout. The pool and spa area is particularly unique and extremely private.

 At Highgate Hideaway you will find:

Spacious, contemporary open plan living area with 3 sofas and plenty of space for relaxing.  Watch the TV or a DVD or relax with a good book!

Up to date fully fitted kitchen with large fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. 
A sizeable selection of plates, bowls and glasses for both indoor and outdoor use. 
Cutlery, a full set of pans, everything you could need to create your own meals. Two bar stools at the breakfast bar.

Dining area with large table and six chairs.

Master suite with king size bed, plenty of storage, flat screen TV, walk in wardrobe, large en-suite with shower, corner bath, large vanity units holding two basins and separate toilet.

Queen suite with queen size bed, plenty of storage, large built in wardrobe, flat screen TV, bathroom has a low sided bath with shower over, basin in vanity unit, toilet.

Two additional bedrooms, one with full size twin beds, the other with a double/twin bunk and plenty of storage, large built in wardrobes, flat screen TVs.

Jack and Jill bathroom between the twin bedrooms with bath and shower over, basin in large vanity unit and toilet. 

Games room with pool table and air hockey. 

Air conditioning and heating throughout.

Living seated area and all bedrooms are fully carpeted, other areas including Games Room are fully tiled.

Suitable for the elderly and infirm. 

There is one step to the porch at the front of the Villa and a small step down from the patio doors to the Lanai.

Towels and bedding included.

Enjoy the Florida sunshine on our extremely private pool/spa deck or for those preferring shade there is a covered lanai.

Sun loungers and pool towels are provided. 

Pool and spa with heating option. 

Enjoy relaxing evenings whilst sitting or dining by the pool which can be illuminated. 

The pool/deck area has covered screening to keep the pool clean and the bugs out.

Tennis courts and children’s play area are situated on Highgate Park.

 We do not accept pets in our Villa.

Car Hire:  We would recommend hiring a car.

Places to Eat:  It is only 1.5 miles north on US 27 to the 192 where there are dozens of eating places to suit everyone’s taste and budget.

24 hours Walmart – 2 miles north on US27.

Nearest Cashpoint: – 1 mile south on US 27 at Publix.

Nearest 18 hole Golf Course: 1 mile south on US 27 at Highlands Reserve

Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.
You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish.

* Pool heat (and spa heat IF property has a spa) can be added to your booking. It will cost $35 per night plus taxes 
* You may need to add a refundable security deposit of $259. $59 of this amount is a one-time fee for insurance protecting you up to $1500 of accidental damage and the remaining $200 to be returned to you post departure should there be no excessive trash or clean required from your stay.. Please confirm at point of reservation
* Extras such as BBQ hire (if the villa does not have one), welcome packs etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.
