We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is decorated and furnished to a high standard and well equipped for all our needs. Its in a fantastic location in a very nice community, and close to all main attractions of Orlando. We really enjoyed the pool heated to a lovely temperature.

Had a lovely time in this villa, close to shops and amenities. Great location and villa home. Excellent hosts to deal with, always responding promptly and nothing too much trouble. The pool was nice and clean with all day sunshine. Two master bedrooms with en suite. We love White Haven and first time in the Sanctuary, easy to find and enter. Champions Gate is only a 20 min walk or 5/10 mins by car. Deirdre goes that extra to ensure her guests feel home from home. Cant wait to go back.

Fabulous villa for our Disney stay Extremely happy with our stay at Highgate hideaway! Villa was lovely and clean, well maintained and even better in person. Everything you could need in the villa and everything was so easy to use with the convenient welcome booklet. Owners were super responsive to a question about where I needed to turn the spa on * embarrassingly by the back door * haha Bed were clean and very comfy. Loved the idea of towels in a basket by the back door for the pool as that was so much convenient than having to reuse normal towels. Nice little selection of pool toys and we also added a few lilos and rings to the box for the next guest :) Everything worked perfect and had no issues. Met the pool cleaning couple and they were so friendly and chatty. Neighbourhood was lovely and quiet, no noise issues or trouble while we stayed. We were not too far from anything and had a great selection of options for shops / food / supermarkets and nice easy routes to the parks and places like Disney springs / old town. Would 100% come back here when planning our next villa trip and would 100% recommend to anyone to stay here. A 10 out of 10 from us as a family and everyone enjoyed staying here and the kids didnt want to leave! Thank you for letting us stay in your villa and hoping to be back very soon x

The townhouse/condo lived huge and was in good shape. It definitely had enough room for our family. The property manager was always quick to respond with any questions I had leading upto our stay and the check in went smooth. Overall, it was a great unit and a great location! Thanks again!!!

Awesome experience! Wonderful home. This is our third year renting a home in Watersong. This home was exceptionally clean, well stocked, awesome pool and spa, beautifully decorated, and we loved every minute of it. We highly recommend this home. Lynn the rental manager was very responsive and a pleasure to speak with when we had one small issue with one of the TVs not working. I will add that the TVs had multiple services such as Roku, cable etc. so we had a variety of programming choices. The beds were all comfortable and this home had a bedroom downstairs which I particularly liked since it had direct access to the back porch/pool. Weve rented two other homes in this Watersong neighborhood and this particular home had a basket of beach towels by the back door which was so convenient and appreciated. There was an air hockey game in the garage which our grandchildren loved! Thank you to the owners for sharing your lovely home with us.

We loved our week long stay at this property. We have stayed in several different homes in Terra Verde. This by far was the best stocked kitchen. It had cookie sheets , crock pot , wine glasses , all sizes pots and pans. It was great. The main Master mattress was AMAZING. The air worked perfect but for those who love fans ( me ) they had one in each bedroom. Living room furniture looked new so not dirty or dingy. We would 100% stay here again. Its close to the tennis courts which was a huge bonus for our teen. The clubhouse pool is always a favorite and well maintained.

Perfect for large family or multiple families traveling together. Short drive to Disney. Pool is great, house is clean, and owners are accessible and responsive.

What a stunning vacation property! So clean and beautifully presented. I love the attention to detail in terms of the decor. Its very homely. We loved the games room and the pool. Location is great for visiting Disney and Universal Studios.

Lovely family home, great for access to Disney If you're looking for a comfortable home with lots of entertainment for the kids (and adults), then this is a brilliant choice. The house was neat and tidy and the pool was great, although we realised after a couple of days that having it heated would be better. We contacted the owners and the heat was turned on the same day. The house is on a more residential development than the ones we've stayed in in Kissimmee, but that gave it a cared-for feel and neighbours were friendly. The kids loved the pool table and X-Box - my husband and I enjoyed playing pool as well. There's a good selection of shops (Walmart, Target, Publix) on both sides of the development and you can get to Disney in 15 minutes. The owners were very responsive and easy to deal with.

5/5 Amazing stay Wow, this property is truly awesome! We had a group of 8 adults and 2 kids for our stay and there was plenty of room. The outdoor amenities are the best Ive seen in Florida. We spent almost all our time in the pool or lounging or in the outdoor sitting area. The patio furniture was super clean and so comfortable. The house was extremely clean and check in was a breeze. The kitchen and dining area were nice and the living room easily accommodated our large group. Oh, and there are TVs everywhere, I think I counted 8 in total, which was nice at night and on our one rainy day. We had a minor issue on our last day, and the property manager literally responded within a minute on a Saturday morning. Truly great service!! The community of Solana was great. The mini putt was a huge plus for the kids, we were there everyday. Everyone in the community was friendly and the staff at the clubhouse were very nice to us and the kids. Also fairly close to everything, Wal-Mart and Publix a short 10 minute drive away. Thanks for such a great week!!! Hope we can come back!! 3/21/2023 at 8:43 PM

5/5 Great for Families The house was perfect for our family. The pool was amazing and the beds were so comfortable (which is needed after a long day in the parks). The check-in process was smooth, no issues whatsoever. The owners were gracious and quick to respond. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

Our original rental canceled the day before our trip. We had to scramble to find this house. The people were amazing and very helpful! Highly recommend!

Nobody wanted to leave. The house was clean, comfortable and happy. The neighborhood was friendly and nice to walk around. We were not at all disappointed with anything and would highly recommend!

This Condo is awesome! So spacious and beautifully decorated! Harry Potter themed throughout and sooo cute and comfortable. My family enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return!!

This home was beautiful, my family and I really enjoyed our 7 day vacation, big and spacious and the pool and hot tub was perfect. All shopping and restaurants are close by, Host was prompt and helpful with any concerns or questions I had. Really recommend this house to everyone.
